You know how people sometimes start off with "words can't describe how..."
Well this is one of those times for me, except... I am really going to try hard to describe JUST how incredible Jill was as our live musician on our wedding day.

Jill is truly THE best person you could hire on to form part of your wedding dream team. As cliché as it may sound, she really does have a voice of an angel. I told her that a thousand times, but her modest self just chuckles.

We had Jill sing (while she played the guitar) outdoors as guests were trickling in to the venue for the outdoor ceremony (at the Beach House). Guests were raving about how incredible her voice was and how awesome the songs were! My husband and I were going for a certain vibe. We wanted the music to be fun but not too invasive so people can "catch-up" and mingle as they waited for the ceremony to begin. Jill did just that---she was super flexible and even encouraged us to choose some "favorites" from her lengthy list of popular songs played at weddings.

As I walked down the aisle, Jill sang "Can't Help Falling in Love" and did it in a way that was so special, it made me want to slow down my aisle walk so I could listen to her for longer LOL. She comes prepared with all the necessary equipment and just and FYI - her mics and equipment did so well with providing clear/crisp sound (no static or anything---her equipment was great with other mics and stuff that were set up around the venue).

From upbeat songs to slower and more romantic beats, Jill can sing anything in between (Apparently she can also play violin and the piano?!) She'll work with you to create the perfect vibe you're after but.... honestly, I didn't do much as I knew she'd been in this business for a long time and I was confident to just have her do her thing!

All the vendors know her name, and all the venues do too! I'd say, she's kinda a little "wedding vendor city-celeb". She sings with such passion and you'll be able to tell right away... its truly mesmerizing. Everyone loves her and if you really wanna "give them something to talk about, "hire her. You'll have no regrets.

Jill- if you're reading this... I couldn't have asked for a better person to sing me down the aisle. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our special day! Andrew and I were so happy we were able to capture your voice on video too!

Jill played at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. She was absolutely fantastic, she is very talented and all our guests came up to us to say how impressed they were by her performance. She was really easy to work with and we could not of asked for more. Thank you Jill, it was perfect.

Jill was amazing ! The music was exactly what we were hoping for and then some ! If you need someone to play you down the isle you couldn’t do better !

Jill performed for our outdoor ceremony and was fabulous!! She was easy to communicate with, helpful in recommending song selections and even learned a new song (in a week!) to fulfill our requests. AND - she is SO talented. Everyone is still talking about how wonderful she is. Loved having Jill play at our wedding, our guests thoroughly enjoyed her and I would HIGHLY recommend for any occasion!!

Jill was awesome. We had her play our wedding, and many people commented on how well she played. She had lovely repertoire to choose from and she also learned a special piece that was one of my bride's favourite pieces of music. I still remember parts of her playing from the day. Thanks Jill for making our special day that much more special. I would highly recommend her.

We were so fortunate to have had Jill play and sing at our wedding ceremony this Summer. She provided us with a long list of songs to choose from, and was happy to learn requests from us that weren't on the list! Jill's music is incredibly beautiful- we had many guests asking for her information after the wedding! Highly recommend!

Jill came out to Galiano Island to perform at our wedding ceremony and reception last month and she absolutely helped to make it a magical and memorable event. Several people told me after the event that Jill was one of the main highlights of the day. Wonderful voice, energy and spirit!

I would hire Jill a thousand times over. She was responsive, patient and accommodating in the planning process of our wedding. Any song we wanted she magically learned to perfection! She made the extra effort to come to the rehearsal so we could run through the timing of songs and do a sound check. She was SO laid back yet totally dependable. I am still mystified at how she played so well for hours on end. Bonus: she agreed to be our DJ for the dance portion of the evening! I could not recommend Jill enough. Thank you for everything Jill

Jill was the perfect choice to play at our wedding ceremony and reception! We initially heard her at the Beach House Restaurant and decided right away that we wanted her to play at our wedding. Her voice is beautiful and her song repertoire definitely helped create the easygoing yet elegant ambiance we were looking for.
