Meet the team
I have degrees in music from Queen's University and the University of Toronto as well as a Bachelor of Education and Master’s degrees in Computing Science and Business from Queen's.
I am a member of the Kingston Symphony playing bassoon and contrabassoon and has performed as part of the Toronto Symphony, National Arts Centre Orchestra, Les Violons Du Roy, and the Ohio Light Opera Company.
I am also a teacher and performer in Kingston as well as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Dan School of Drama and Music.
I am a frequent player in chamber music and jazz in Kingston as well as having appeared with the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa. I also founded and lead the Swingmasters jazz band.
I have degrees from Saint Francis Xavier University and Western University, a Master of Music from SUNY Potsdam and a PhD from McGill University. I 2017 I was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for my work in Intergenerational Music Education.
I am currently on the faculty of Queen's University and St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario.
