  Amazing experience working with this group!!

  Absolutely fantastic wedding band - they put on an amazing show and were SO easy to work with. We are so glad we used them for our wedding day!
  
  A few notes in particular - 1) multiple touchpoints to understand what we were looking for, 2) high level of flexibility; we had the groom and some of his groomsmen play a set, and Ross / team worked around to be able to help us make that happen, 3) incredible act - they CRUSHED their set list and were super engaging with the crowd, including getting the crowd the mic to sing along, and joining a limbo line!

  Kyle and Anne’s wedding

  We hired the Supersonic Hearts Band for our wedding in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Dealing with the band was extremely easy from booking the date to getting things set up. They were fantastic at keeping in touch and asking which songs we would like. They were willing to learn new songs just for us. They were so accommodating.   So much fun! Fantastic band and amazing vendor!

  We had the Supersonic Hearts Band at our wedding this summer and we were thrilled with them! We are big fans of live music, especially something with a bit of brass, and so we were excited by the options to customise what size of band we could have on the day.
  We opted for the 7 piece band and oh man did they deliver - it was such a fun time and the band truly were fantastic! Some of our favourite memories of the day are of us dancing with family and friends to covers of Abba, Blink 182 and Taylor Swift - what a mix!!!

  We could not stop dancing!

  Supersonic Hearts were fantastic! Our guests had such a wonderful time. They played all the songs that kept everyone on the dancefloor until the end of the night. Stacy was our ceremony DJ, MC, and singer and blew it out of the park! She knew how to keep that party going and wow what an amazing performer, thanks so much, Stacy! All went according to plan, everyone arrived on time, communication leading up to the day was fantastic, and the music was amazing!

  Great experience!

  The team was very organized and responsive to all questions/ planning and we were very happy with our experience all around, including the value and band's performance - they even stayed late to play a couple encore songs for us!

  Book them! They are amazing.

  We had supersonic hearts band perform at our wedding and it was amazing! We had the 6 piece band and we got so many compliments!! Everyone kept asking us where we found the band. Thank you again for an amazing night! We were so impressed and happy we booked this for the wedding.

  Dance the night away with Supersonic Hearts Band

  If you are looking for a band with range that can provide funky, upbeat, and danceable music for your event - then look no further. This band has it all! We booked a 7-piece band for our wedding reception, and it was an absolute party. Our guests were all raving about how good the band was. The band was exceptionally talented, fun, and professional. We paid extra to have an audio technician and DJ and this was also completely worth it. The sound quality was good and having a DJ to finish the night out for our guests who wanted to keep dancing was great. We could not recommend this band more highly!

  Brought the house down!

  Ross was very prompt and communicative while we were planning the wedding. The cocktail hour trio provided great ambiance while we sipped on cocktails and ate hors d'oeuvres. Danny and the band definitely kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Danny did a great job communicating with our coordinators and was a great MC. Thank you for bringing the party to our big day!

  Amazing Band & Photographer

  We absolutely loved everything about the Supersonic Hearts Band! Tim was great at staying in touch with us in advance and getting the band and photographer organized for us. The day of could not have gone better! April, our photographer, was the best. Even after my wallet was stolen just 45 minutes before we walked down the aisle, she helped us get back into wedding mode by taking fun pictures and getting us to laugh before we headed down the aisle. Nick led the band and all 6 of them were so talented. They played a great collection of classics and contemporaries and everyone was dancing all night long.   Great day of, Difficult leading up to the Wedding.

  I’m sorry to have to give a less than stellar review but after mulling it over I think it’s good to provide feedback to the band and to others.
  
  The good: they were amazing on the day of, with lots of energy and very talented musicians. Our guests loved the presence of the live band and it really changed the energy of our wedding. The instrumental band members were kind and great performers.

  The good: they were amazing on the day of, with lots of energy and very talented musicians. Our guests loved the presence of the live band and it really changed the energy of our wedding. The instrumental band members were kind and great performers.
  
  The bad: Most of our interaction with them leading up to the wedding was stressful and frustrating. Our wedding coordinator was also really not impressed and said something like “the mark of a good vendor is one who makes you feel confident that things will go well on your day, and not add to your stress”.
  
  Emails were left unanswered. Directions and information were sent and re sent multiple times. I diligently filled out the “dashboard” page with “requests” and a certain “must play” song. They confirmed multiple times they could and would play this but they did not.
  
  We were quoted one price, confirmed the price twice, paid the deposit for it but near the date, were told this was not enough and were going to be charged an additional $500 for audio, even though it is stated it is included in the contract. When asked about that they said “it’s a default contract, I didn’t write it”. We paid to avoid more trouble.
  
  For ceremony music i was given the choice of only 4 songs (2 ed Sheeran, Taylor swift and one other) but was not told these until after I booked. In the end we were able to find songs that worked but it would have been better to have some feedback or a larger song list to choose from. The reception set was short. Only two sets were played instead of three, but none of this was communicated.
  
  Our band contact asked if I liked a certain type of music - when I answered “no” - they said “thank god I’m so tired of [artist]”. I wasn’t offended but it was just not professional.
  
  Overall we are still glad we went with a live band for our wedding, It was just a less than ideal process and felt that another band may have been more organized and given us less headache. I booked with them because their onboarding process and website looked good, and they sounded good at their showcase but it goes to show there’s a lot more involved for a good experience.
