Taxi performed at our wedding on 25 Jun 16 at the McMichael Gallery in Kleinburg Ontario. From the moment we saw them on youtube at the Beermarket in Toronto, we knew they were the perfect band for our wedding. Responsive, great value, and with Mathew as band lead, it was very easy to have confidence in the product that was being offered. On the night itself Taxi were incredible they pitched the set perfectly, playing not just our requests but a few oldies too - their upbeat style, and Violett's incredible vocals had the room dancing all night! Perfect - I would recommend Taxi to anybody looking for an upbeat band that will get your guests dancing to the latest songs and all the classics!

Taxi was incredible! They are wonderful to work with and worth every penny. They were the life of the party! Many guests at our wedding were asking for their contact information. They kept everyone dancing and mingled with the crowd during some points of their performance.

We hired The Taxi Band to play at our wedding. Went to check them out a few months before and fell in love the minute we heard them play. Worked with Matt in the months leading up to the big day and he was amazing. Super quick to respond, very professional, and really set my mind at ease. They also provided a DJ for in between band sets and the DJ was also amazing! The dance floor was NEVER empty and all of our guests kept saying how awesome the band was! They played a wide range of music and kept the party going until the end. Wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Taxi Band for making our night rock!!!!!

Taxi was excellent to work with. They took the time to learn the somewhat quirky song my husband and I picked for our first dance and performed it to perfection. The dance floor was packed all evening and most of our guests commented on how awesome the band was. From helping me decide on the lighting in the venue to playing songs special to us (to perfection), they truly helped make our night unforgettable!

A seriously incredible band! I first saw them in TO in 2013 randomly passing through for a bite to eat on our way to London. We ended up staying the night in Toronto because we didn't want to miss their show. I took their business card that night and held on to it for almost 2 years. When planning my wedding the date was determined by when Taxi could make a drive to Gananoque, On! My future husband thought I was nuts (he now agrees we couldn't have picked a better band to entertain all of our friends and family). Initial communication was done with Matt and was professional, he was quick to respond and super accommodating to my wishes. We were married at our house in the yard with 200+ guests. Neighbours from down the road to a couple kms away were complimenting the band - saying they sat outside with a beer and enjoyed the entertainment. The dance floor was packed all night long! I'm not kidding, the first song they played until the last!!! Such a awesome, friendly and talented group of people. We've been married 6 months and people still talk about the band. We hope to have them back to Gan before too long for another fun night.

Our guests are STILL talking about how amazing the taxi band were at our wedding- 2 couples asked for their contacts on the night! They are all brilliant musicians who play a brilliant selection of music and can really read the room- at one point only 4 out of 80 guests weren't dancing (and two of those were injured)

If a full dance floor including that guy who never dances with a tie around his head is important to you - then you need this band!

They were easy and quick to communicate, open to our requests and flexible- often going over their 45 minute sets if the dance floor was into it.
