I immigrated from South Africa 25 years ago with my two young children and I am forever grateful for the opportunity of raising my children on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I am of multi-cultural ancestry and love interacting with people from all backgrounds. I am a natural story-teller and will perform your love-story with a wholeness of being.

Shafia will incorporate personal traditions and elements into your ceremony to ensure a fully tailored experience. Consultation appointments can be arranged ahead of time, affording you the opportunity to share your ideas and inspirations with Shafia. Shafia also encourages couples to compose their own vows, allowing you and your beloved to express your love for one another on your joyous day.
