Barbara Densmore (that's me) is a modern Metaphysical Minister, a celebrant and licenced wedding officiant who will make sure you are breathing properly/grounded as your ceremony begins (so you don't miss it), and ensure that everyone is fully there for you in your big moment (so they don't miss it.)
Barbara is the choice of couples who want to intentionally marry each other. And who want to work with a polished professional who is also relaxed and real. Your loved ones will remember and remark about your ceremony long after it's over. (At least that's what my former couples tell me..check out their review, and boy, they post even better images than I do!)

A customized ceremony always in our hearts!
Barbara was the celebrant at our wedding and she was absolutely wonderful! She worked closely with us ahead of time to create a ceremony that was specific and relevant to us - one that reflected who we are individually, as a couple, and in our lives together. The result was a ceremony that felt natural, comfortable, welcoming to our guests and family, and full of love and laughs. Her skilled ability to combine logistics know-how with holding the energy of the space had us relaxed and well taken care of. We were in the best hands with her. We laughed, we cried, laughed some more, and left with hearts full! Thank you Barbara!!

The PERFECT officiant!
Barbara was a dream to work with- I cannot say it enough! Prior to our wedding, she had me and my husband fill out a little questionnaire about each other and worked our secret responses into our ceremony. This was such a personal touch that brought many laughs and touching moments.
We wanted sweet and simple and Barbara did that AND MORE. With little surprises along the way, I couldn't have asked for a better ceremony. Even our guests mentioned how wonderful and entertaining she was. A million thank-yous to Barbara!

Best Ceremony Ever!
Barbara truly is in a class of her own. I couldn't recommend her enough! She makes it possible for a couple to have an entirely personalized wedding ceremony, one that involves their communities, families, pets, whatever they can dream up! She is supportive, quick to communicate, and fun, and truly gets to know you so that you can have the most beautiful ceremony imaginable. Countless people have said to us since our wedding that that was the best ceremony they've ever been to. THANK YOU Barbara!!

Couldn't have asked for a better officiant
From start to finish Barbara was amazing to deal with. Her attention to detail and taking the time to work through the ceremony, vows and whole process was second to none. She also is great at adding humor to the ceremony if you so wish and it made the day even better. Thank you so much Barbara, you were part of making our day magical and the best we could have hoped for.

Could not be happier with our experience with Barbara!
From beginning to end - our experience with Barbara was absolutely fantastic. She really listened to our hopes for our ceremony and made sure to take the time to really get to know US as a couple. She worked with us for months to ensure that she knew what we wanted, and so that our ceremony felt authentic to us. Our ceremony was so incredible. It was everything we hoped for and more. Everyone we spoke to afterwards was absolutely blown away by her and the ceremony as a whole, and so many told us it was the most special and unique wedding ceremony they had ever been to.
Barbara also took the time to connect with the other vendors and folks at our wedding to ensure everyone knew their part and things ran smoothly. Honestly cannot share enough good things about Barbara and our experience as a whole! We are so incredibly grateful for her hard work to give us the most perfect day.

Fantastic Experience
We didn’t want an average, run of the mill ceremony as we had both said “I do” previously. We wanted something more personal and meaningful to us. Going through the process of developing our ceremony with Barbara gave us exactly that. She managed to perfectly sum up our past, present and future together. Barbara has a wonderful sense of humour which was also important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone, anywhere, at any time! Highly recommend Barbara if you want a magical day!
Barbara acted as the celebrant for my daughter's and daughter-in-law's wedding, and she was wonderful! As soon as I connected with her, she was responsive, friendly, and organized. She made it sooo easy for us. Even though the timeline was short, she took the time to get to know my daughter and her fiancee, and worked with them to plan a ceremony that really captured what they wanted the day to be: a joyous celebration of their love and of their place in our family. Barbara found a way to include everyone in the service and made it very personal. She felt like one of the family. :) She helped make the day truly magical.

Incredible
We were so incredibly lucky to have had Barbara preside over our wedding. From beginning to end she was amazing. We were from out of town so from the zoom meetings to the time we met her in person we were absolutely amazed at her dedication to us and to making hard a spectacular. I couldn't have imagined being married by anyone else. She crafted a wedding ceremony that included everybody present. Our children commented on how the words she spoke were spot-on. We can't thank her enough.

Perfectly personalized and intimate day
We wanted a personal, intimate ceremony and that is exactly what we got. We live in a different city but were able to connect with Barbara by video and very quickly we were comfortable talking with her as she took our scattered ideas and gave us some great plans. She makes it easy to develop meaningful, personal vows, and really tailored the whole day to our vision. Everyone was at ease and enjoyed the ceremony with touching moments and laughter throughout. She was also great with the kids and worked them seamlessly into the day as we had hoped. Thank you for making our day so memorable Barbara!
