Caring, reliable and wonderful!
As an Officiant, it has been easy for me to send couples to charming Carmen over the last two years. I know her commitment and her high level of integrity towards every wedding she takes. It's a bonus that she can do English or Spanish. She is a woman with a big heart, plenty of kindness and patience for every wedding couple. A great choice for your wedding day!
