We feel so blessed to have had the privilege of being married by Christian. From start to finish, he was wonderful. Everything you hope your officiant will be; thoughtful and caring, professional and thorough. From our first meeting we knew we wanted Christian with us at the altar. He made us feel comfortable and confident right away.

Through the planning process, Christian took the time to stay in touch with us, and walked us through everything we needed to do. He really got to know us personally, and crafted such a beautiful and authentic ceremony for us. He really heard what we wanted, and incorporated everything so beautifully and naturally into the proceedings.

At our rehearsal, Christian was invaluable. He had so much great direction for us that really made the most of our ceremony.

Christian was our officiant for our wedding in the middle of a pandemic! He was amazing. He put so much thought and care into what he was going to say. He made it so personal, it was perfect. He was very caring and professional.

Christian did such a great job with our ceremony. We actually found him on a Vancouver weddings facebook group and met via zoom shortly after. He was the first person we spoke to and it was a sure thing after that. Our wedding was originally supposed to take place in October but due to the fact that most of our guests would be travelling internationally to attend, and the travel restrictions Covid-19 brought with it, we decided to do a small elopement on May 5th instead. When we initially spoke to Christian, we weren't 100% where we would be allowed to have our outdoor ceremony. He was super helpful just in the process of picking a location. After that, he sent us a sample ceremony template and we were able to customize it to our taste, pretty much down to the letter. We also hired a photographer based on Christian's recommendation (Taryn Stare) - she was amazing too.
During our ceremony, Christian did an amazing job of setting the tone and holding space for us. He was the consummate professional. I would absolutely recommend him as an officiant for others hoping to get married in a small ceremony like ours, or equally, something larger whenever those bigger gatherings are allowed again!

Christian came to our rescue when our wedding plans were thrown out to window thanks to Covid-19. Our full wedding with our original officiant was postponed, but we still wanted to get married on our original wedding date of April 18th, and our officiant wasn’t available during this time. I was sooo happy to find Christian, who was so understanding of everything that was happening, and was available to meet the needs of many eloping couples who were in need of someone able to perform a sweet and simple ceremony. During this period of extreme stress, I was thankful to be working with Christian who was wonderful with communication and flexibility. When it came time for the big day, he helped make the day fun and easy going while still delivering a beautiful ceremony that was really special. He was also on top of all the right health and safety precautions necessary for the situation, which we appreciated. I’d recommend him to anyone getting married, whether it’s a pandemic elopement or a big beautiful wedding.
