True to her intuition, Cindy received this name spontaneously and it felt right, so she knew her centre would be called "Aloha Spirit." Aloha is not just a greeting; it holds deep spiritual significance. It embodies the essence of relationships and the force that holds existence together. Aloha means sharing, joy, and the breath of life. It signifies mutual regard and affection, extending warmth and caring without any obligation in return.

Rev. Cindy, Aloha Spirit is an ordained Metaphysical Spiritual Minister, intuitive, and accomplished opera singer. Over many decades, she has sung at weddings, baby blessings, and celebrations of life. Answering a heart’s calling, she became a minister at the end of 2019 and began performing weddings.

​She embraces all couples embarking on this new journey. Whether you desire an elaborate public ceremony or one that's short and sweet, informal or formal, highly emotional or light-hearted, Cindy will collaborate with you to fulfill your needs and wishes. It begins with a complimentary consultation via phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, or in person to get to know one another and see if she’s the right fit for your special day. She provides resources such as vows, readings, and ceremonial elements and customizes a ceremony unique to your love story. You’ll receive a copy of the ceremony before it’s finalized.

​Cindy presides over various types of ceremonies, including handfasting, sand pouring, unity candle ceremonies, and more. She will arrive approximately 30 minutes early to set up, coordinate, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

​Cindy will register your marriage license, ensure it’s properly filled out, signed, and returned within the required period, and keep a separate record of your marriage. You will receive your Record of Solemnization on your wedding day as a keepsake.

​Whether you have an intimate wedding at home or a large celebration at a venue of your choice, Cindy is dedicated to creating a personal, special, and beautiful ceremony that you will remember and cherish. She is based in Hamilton but is open to travel within the GTA at an extra cost (see services).

Services

Personalized Full Ceremony - $350​​

• Initial Consultation Cindy offers an initial complimentary consultation by phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, or in person. This is an opportunity to get to know her and determine if she is the right fit for your special day. You can ask any questions about her services, ceremonies in general, and how she can help create your perfect ceremony​
• Ceremonial Elements Cindy provides a variety of ceremonial resources, including vows, readings, ring exchanges, and other elements. If you have specific readings or poems that are special to you, let her know. She will craft a ceremony that reflects your unique love story and wishes, sharing a draft with you before the big day.
• ​Ceremony Details On the day of the ceremony, Cindy arrives 30 minutes in advance to coordinate with everyone and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Registration Cindy takes care of registering your marriage license and archiving your registry, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
• ​Booking Once you decide Cindy is the officiant for you, a deposit of $175 is required, usually via e-transfer. The balance is due one week prior to your wedding.
• ​Additional Information Cindy is available for consultations from the planning stage to obtaining your marriage license and guiding you on obtaining your marriage certificate afterward. She will register your Marriage License and leave you with your Record of Solemnization. Note that it is the couple's responsibility to obtain the Marriage License from the Ontario Ministry within three months of solemnization. Cindy serves Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area, with additional travel costs applicable.

Alternative Ceremonies - $300

This package is perfect for legal, simple, and sweet ceremonies, commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, and other special ceremonies like baby blessings, memorials, and house and boat blessings. The same offerings of a free consultation, resources, and unlimited consultations apply. For legal ceremonies, I will ensure your marriage license is properly filled out, signed, and returned within the required period, and keep a separate record of your marriage. You will receive your Record of Solemnization on your wedding day as a keepsake.
