Hearts of Faith is a wedding officiant based in Fergus, Ontario. My name is Connie and I have been a wedding officiant in Ontario since 2013. Bringing couples together in love and marriage is my passion. It brings me sincere joy and pleasure to know I get to be a part of one of life's greatest adventures; marriage. Something I myself have enjoyed with my husband for over 44 years.

Services Offered

Hearts of Faith offers Christian faith, and non-religious ceremonies as well as civil unions, vow renewals, and ceremony rehearsals. I want to know what message you want your beloved guests to receive at your wedding and I will gladly help you to achieve the perfect ceremony. I do have a fantastic wedding order script that any couple can make their own and I am honoured to help you with that. As well, I am happy to help in assisting with your vow writing.

Thank You, Connie

So happy to have found Connie and have her as our officiant. She was great with communication - very responsive and took initiative in setting up touch point calls. She also did an amazing job in personalizing the script - ensured to include our love story, our parents and the perfect amount / touch of our religion. Lastly, I really appreciated her flexibility as there were times where we ran late and she was very accommodating. Highly would recommend Connie if you’re looking for someone who is professional yet personable as well, someone who will ensure to give you that intimate script.

Wonderful Officiant!

Connie was very easy to get along with from our very first video meeting. She was so welcoming, comforting, and supported us through the whole process. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and very fair with pricing. It is easy to recognize that Connie wants the best for the couple she is officiating for. It is apparent that she loves what she does as exemplified through her work. Connie was flexible in attending our rehearsal and gave us ease of mind on the wedding day process. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions- she provided us with lots of guidance and recommendations. She was very cautious regarding our personal values and beliefs, always coming from a place of empathic understanding with no judgement.
I am sure there are many great officiants out there, but Connie is more than a great officiant, she is a genuinely lovely human being and we could not recommend her enough.

Easy and Amazing

Connie was great! She is such a sweetheart, we felt like we've known her our whole lives. Connie is super responsive, professional and easy going. She was able to adapt to our needs and add our core values to our ceremony. If you're reading this, you can stop looking - Hire Connie!

We highly recommend!

We are absolutely over the moon about having Connie as our officiant. She was so wonderful on both of rehearsal and the actual wedding day. She was so flexible, accommodating, professional, and above all kind. She’s an incredibly sweet woman, and we were so happy to have a part of the day. We can’t recommend her enough.

Wonderful!!

Connie was excellent!!! To start she was extremely professional and respectful! She helped us to be fully prepared, letting us know what she needed from us and was available to ask questions whenever we needed. The ceremony was perfection. I had forgotten to provide a microphone for Connie (sorry, again!), but that didn’t stop her. She didn’t hesitate and officiated our ceremony with clarity and ease. We had 100 people on a downtown patio and she was heard by everyone!

We highly recommend Connie! On top of all her qualities as a professional, she’s a genuinely kind person and has a sincere love for love.

A Wonderful Experience

Connie was amazing! We are not a religious couple, and Connie understood that and respected it. She wanted us to have everything the way we wanted it and gave pieces of advice when needed.

She forwarded us her entire script which she gave us full reign to change whatever we wanted. It was really nice to have a base to work off of.

She came to our house to review documents, as well as do our own private rehearsal of just our vows to practice. Which I highly recommend. We didn't want to read our vows but repeat them/memorize. It was beautiful.

We have so many people come to us after the wedding to say what a wonderful job Connie had done.

Outdoor summer ceremony

Connie was so delightful to work with, she was very quick to respond to messages, flexible with our rehearsal and ceremony time, and had a beautiful ceremony outline that she helped us personalize to create a unique and memorable day. I would definitely recommend her services :)
