Hitched by Fuzz is a wedding officiant and vibrant radio personality, helping couples celebrate their dream ceremonies near and throughout Calgary, Alberta.

Meet Vince!

He's been waking up Calgarians on 98-5 Virgin Radio for over 20 years, but you probably know him as Fuzzy.

In November 2019, he became an Alberta-appointed marriage commissioner/wedding officiant and started Hitched By Fuzz.

Vince believes that a wedding should be a celebration of the couple and their unique love story. He spends time with the couples to learn about their relationship, gathering heartwarming memories and anecdotes from their closest friends and family. He then weaves those into the ceremony, creating a personalized and memorable experience for the couple and their guests.

Couples can expect a stress-free experience with Hitched By Fuzz, filled with laughter, smiles, and tears of joy.

Beautiful, Fun & Personal

We had the pleasure of having Vince officiate our wedding in August. From our first online meeting with him, we knew he would help us create a beautiful, fun, and personal ceremony and he exceeded all our expectations. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about how unique, personal, and sweet the ceremony was. It really felt like they were taken through our journey. We would absolutely recommend Vince to other couples looking for an officiant that can perfectly capture your love story and tell it in a beautiful, engaging way.

Our Wedding Officiant

Was easy to talk with and personable right from the start.
Took a genuine interest in our whole ceremony.
Many guests mentioned how Fuzzy kept the crowd engaged, the happy positive energy up and made the whole ceremony one to remember.
Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Ceremony was saved by Fuzzy!

Fuzzy officianted our wedding last month and did a great job while we had an unexp delay (forgot vows in a bag). It took a couple minutes, so he kept guest entertained and sprinkled some light humor to pass the time. For how much officiants charge in AB, we were happy with his services for the "basic package" we chose.

The only caveat, due to his regular 9-5, be prepared to be the topic of discussion as you may be reliving your most embarrassing moment of the day through your radio, althought the story was embellished quite a bit.

June 22nd 2024 Wedding

Vince aka Fuzzy was great as our officiant! We appreciated how he walked us through everything to make the process simple, including meetings and emails. So many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed him! He made the ceremony short and sweet and even added in some humour! He was extremely professional and we can’t thank him enough for being with us on our special day!
