  Perfect wedding ceremony

  Krista preformed our ceremony and it was so lovely. We wanted a simple but meaningful wedding and she helped us to achieve just that! We’d been together over 20 years with two children and wanted this to match where we were in our lives and be a celebration of our perfectly and our little family and she matched that spirit perfectly! We definitely recommend Krista for you special day 💜

  Made the very best of our rainy ceremony!

  We had a small backyard wedding, and got rained on decently hard --- it didn't matter, Krista led such a warm, lovely ceremony I don't think anyone noticed the weather. Her starting "script" was great, and she helped us tailor it to make it extra meaningful to us. Somehow she was both so personable and so professional, I highly recommend.

  An Excellent Officiant for our special day.

  Krista was an absolute wonder to work with. We first reached out to her about 6 months before the event and she quickly put us at ease letting us know we still had plenty of time to plan. About 6 weeks prior to the ceremony, we met in person at the venue, where we discussed the ceremony itself, filled out any paperwork we needed and answered any questions we had. We provided some personal details of how we met as a couple, and Krista included that story as part of her ceremony's script.
  
  The day of the event was a whirlwind as you'd expect, but again, Krista helped put us all at ease. Her friendly, calm and charming demeanor helped enhance the ceremony itself. The guests enjoyed her presentation and story, and she easily made the whole ceremony quick and painless. I would highly recommend Krista again in the future.

  Wonderful Experience

  Krista officiated our wedding on June 24, 2023 at Oak Island Resort and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
  We connected with Krista well before our wedding date and she was attentive and excited to discuss the details. When we told her that we were hoping to do private vows but wanted our ceremony to still have a personal touch, Krista took this and ran with it! We sent her some facts about ourselves and our relationship and she was able to create a beautiful love story for all our guests to enjoy. She was a joy to have officiate our wedding and we had many comments about how personal and fun she made the ceremony.

  An officiant with heart

  Krista was lovely to deal with and extremely flexible as we worked to plan a small wedding in a difficult time. She brought so much emotion and sincerity to our ceremony and helped immensely with non-traditional vows that were straightforward, but spoke to the heart of our relationship. Though the day of our wedding was our first in-person meeting, it almost felt as though we were being married by an old friend. We would gladly recommend her to any couple.

  Krista married us in August of 2022. She was very warm and friendly to meet with and accommodating. She tailored our ceremony specifically to us, and made it feel so beyond special. The blessing of the hands was a wonderful addition that she suggested which ended off the ceremony in such a beautiful way. She travelled a little ways to us as well which we were beyond grateful for. Thank you Krista for making our day the best it could be!
