Randy Harris is licensed by the Province Ontario as a wedding officiant and is a well-educated man. He has earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Toronto, a masters degree from The South African Theological Seminary, TESL certification, and is completing a Masters of Divinity at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.
