Tracy Sweet is an Ontario Wedding Officiant and Wedding Harpist who specializes in Officiating the wedding ceremony as well as playing beautiful live harp music. Special rates apply when you book both Harp and Officiating services. With 32 years of experience, Tracy has brought the magnificent sounds of harp music to many types of events, especially beautiful wedddings!

Services offered

Tracy Sweet has worked with dozens of couples to create their special wedding ceremony. Tracy will provide you with a copy of the ceremony script so you will know exactly word for word what will be said at your ceremony, no surprises. You are welcome to make any changes or additions as we work together to create the ceremony that YOU want.

Tracy travels within SW Ontario to Officiate wedding ceremonies and play the harp.

Other services

City Hall alternative, if you are looking to elope or are going on a desitnation wedding, Tracy invites you to come to her house and have a short ceremony to conduct the legalities at an affordable low cost option to City Hall.

Tracy and her mom Valerie are a team that boht Officiate in SW Ontario and travel within a 2 hour radius of London Ontario.

When both Harp and Officiating services are booked together Tracy is happy to offer the couple an amazing package price of $850.00 for most venues..

Fantastic!

Working with Tracy was such a breeze! From the moment we met with Tracy and spoke with her about our wants for the ceremony, we knew she was a perfect fit as our officiant. Tracy provided guidance and outlines of the ceremony/vows and exactly what she was going to say. There were no surprises during the ceremony and plenty of guests mentioned how beautiful the ceremony was. Tracy lives up to her name and really is so sweet. Tracy guided us through the marriage license process and instructed us and our witnesses expertly. I will recommend Tracy to other couples 100%! If only we were getting married again!

Tracy takes all your worries away!

We chose Tracy as our officiant for our wedding this past Friday and she was absolutely amazing! She is wonderful to work with, from first meeting with her all the way until our special day - she was always reassuring and so lovely. I am quite an anxious person and she made me feel a million times better every step of the way. She did an excellent job, and our ceremony was beautiful, much thanks to her. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience!

Thank you for making our day so special, Tracy. All of our guests loved your gorgeous harp music and so many commented on what a lovely person you are as an officiant. We all enjoyed the ceremony; it was an incredible day. Pictures with the harp was such a special touch! It was so easy to work with you; all we had to do was enjoy the day itself when it arrived. Wedding officiant

We were very happy with Tracy. She gets right to the point on what she expects. Very professional in our opinion. She was super nice and very clear in her voice. We received a lot of feedback from our guests. Which was all positive. We are so glad that we chose Tracy to be a part of our day on May 27, 2023. Thank you Tracy for a wonderful service. A very comforting and warming person

When I was looking for officiants, Tracy was the first to call and email me back, she was very warm, and quick to respond. We made arrangements, and I immediately wanted to work with her because I felt how warm she was. Unfortunately, later on I had to change my dates and needed to cancel because Tracy was already booked for the date I wanted to change for. She was so helpful and considerate, and provided me with recommendations, and even informed me to check officiants on the registry to ensure if they were legally licensed (I did not even know there was one). She went out and beyond of her way to help me find an officiant last minutes. I really appreciate it!

Terrific Officiant!

Tracy was our officiant for our wedding on October 15, 2022. We had a lot of last minute changes to our wedding due to some family emergencies but Tracy was very flexible with these changes! I have anxiety when it comes to being in front of an audience but Tracy has a very calming demeanor and presence that subsided my anxiety and allowed me to be present in the moment with my fiancé. (now husband) Thank you so much Tracy, you made our day truly special!

Overall excellent experience

Great to work with, thank you for making our day special!

It has been a pleasure working with Tracy from the moment we had our first phone call last year right up to our wedding day on July 1st 2022! She made the process of planning the ceremony stress free and gave lots of ideas to help us in writing our own personal vows and ceremony to be exactly what we wanted. The addition of the harp music was beautiful and we thank her so very much for learning a new song for us! A wonderful officiant who listens to her clients

We contacted Tracy a few months before our planned wedding date. She provided a lot of great information about the process as well as templates for the ceremony.
