For our Winter Solstice wedding we sought a blend of classic Celtic/Pagan traditions and Christian conventions, so we needed a Celebrant who could comfortably navigate both realms. Angela's calm and caring energy shone through with meetings beforehand to go over our needs for our special day - especially since we wanted to infuse our own cultural traditions into the ceremony. She took time to practice the difficult names and our cultural words, which we found so very respectful. Angela officiated our wedding in May 2019 and was great!
She was very communicative and guided us through each step of the process, from creating the script to working out every detail of the ceremony in our walk-through. She delivered our ceremony perfectly and exactly how we envisioned it when writing the script. We felt like she really understood us as a couple and incorporated that into the ceremony in a beautiful (and fun) way. All of our guests loved the ceremony and felt that it really reflected us. We did a lot of research on this one as we know the officiant is such an integral part of a wedding. The ceremony sets the tone for everything, really! We contacted Angela at least a year and a half before our wedding and we immediately felt a connection with her. She has this pleasant aura, very open…you just want to talk to her about everything and all your feelings! It was such a joy to craft our ceremony with her guidance. When we started writing our vows, my wife and I had no idea where to start but she was so helpful, it made it easy for us to write. And she was also patient as I had many, many, many revisions! Trust me, I DID.

All our guests were raving about our ceremony. They said it was touching, heartfelt and very personal! They just loved Angela, she put a special touch to our ceremony that made our day even more magical!

Hats off to her because our ceremony was outdoor, and it was freezing cold. Seriously, FREEZING! Even though we knew she was cold, she was such a pro and a trooper! We even got a lovely gift from her – a bottle of Honey Wine (it is said the term "honeymoon" came from this) and a very thoughtful card!
