6:8 Photography is a Fernie, British Columbia-based studio that has been shooting mountain weddings for adventurous couples since 2007. Kevan Wilkie is the principal photographer and specializes in a story-telling approach to wedding photography that mixes stunning landscapes, candid moments and killer portraits.
Kevan blends photojournalism, contemporary, and portraiture styles, and has experience shooting well over 200 weddings. As a former social studies teacher, Kevan’s love for photography originates from his desire to discover others’ life stories. Real Weddings by 6:8 Photography have been featured in the Calgary Bridal Guide as well as numerous wedding blogs like Candian Mountain Chic and Blush Magazine.

Kevan’s work is covered by liability insurance, and he offers full-day and half-day wedding coverage, depending on what you need. All wedding collections include the following services: -
