My husband and I are fortunate enough to have worked with Amanda Swanson photography in the past. It was only fitting we used her for our special day. Amanda is incredible! We loved how she captured the real moments of the wedding – from happy tears to the quick dance party with the kids before the ceremony, to the toasts after and the epic lightsaber battles. The photos tell our story and bring back every emotion from our wedding day, especially all the laughter and tears. It also shows us special moments that happened while we were busy elsewhere. Amanda shot our engagement photos as well as travelling to Calgary for our wedding; covering formals, family photos and reception shots. Through the entire experience we found her easy to communicate with, professional and incredibly talented. In every situation Amanda was able to capture all the photos we were looking for as well as improvise with the scenery around us and give us some amazing one of a kind shots! We also have to give her brownie points for somehow managing to wrangle both our families into group shots (kids included). She was absolutely professional, she was prompt on delivery, and all our photos look amazing. Her photo editing skills also made every one of our photos look fantastic.
