About
Hey, I'm Amanda - a small-town girl who's a sucker for romance. More importantly, I'm a wedding photographer!!
I've been lucky enough to photograph couples just like you who are crazy in love and down to earth for a few years now and honestly, it's made me realize something...something I think is REALLY important:
Everyone deserves to feel butterflies.
That includes you guys by the way!
This is why my goal as a wedding photographer is to create a gallery of images that gives you the warm fuzzy feeling of falling in love all over again.
I want to know that, when you look back on your wedding photos 20 or 30 years from now, you'll feel those exciting jitters that you felt in the exact moments the photos were captured; to transport you back to timeless, precious moments.
It also means the only thing you need to focus on, on your wedding day is being yourselves and having fun. I'm not the kind to try and take over.
I’m ALL ABOUT having fun with my couples, making them feel like they’re just hanging out with a friend, just one who has a fancy camera and an eye for gorgeous light! 😉
Because, after all, you deserve to be treated as more than just a date on my calendar!
So, if you're the kinda people who want to feel those butterflies, then send me a message :)

Meet the team
Hey there! I'm Amanda, the owner and lead photographer of Amanda Verhoeve Photography!
As a little girl growing up in Tillsonburg, my favourite thing to do in the summer was running a lemonade stand at the end of my grandparent's driveway.
So naturally, I became an entrepreneur.
In 2017, I discovered my love for weddings and took my side hustle full-time to become a professional wedding photographer!
I can't think of a better way to spend my weekends than to be capturing real love and preserving it for decades to come.
When I'm not photographing gorgeous couples on their wedding day, you can find me chilling at home with my two kitties, enjoying sushi, with my nose in the newest Jodi Picoult novel.
