Ash and Liam are so so truly gifted as photographers but they are also rad people! They brought so much energy to our wedding, we loved having them there and the photos are INCREDIBLE.

Liam and Steph shot our wedding in Halifax, we couldn't be happier. We wanted photos that would be non-traditional and different from what you normally see, and they definitely achieved for us. Be patient if you're trying to get ahold of them during wedding season, it may take a little while because they're extremely busy, but I can assure you that they are worth the wait.

Working with the pair was a delight, from meetings to the day of they are a real pleasure to work with. They really care about the work that they do that the photos they produce! Nothing but praise here.

I booked Applehead Studio for my wedding September 18, 2021, expecting that they would capture our Wedding Day. Liam( a studio photographer and owner) confirmed that Ash & Rich would be at the venue for 4 pm. Sadly, 4:30 pm came around and they still were not there. After many calls, Liam finally answered and said " They aren't coming to shoot the wedding. We've been trying to contact you since 3 pm-11 pm last night". Heartbroken and saddened, I passed the phone to my sister. I could not believe that alternate arrangements had not been made to have a photographer present.
Liam was unapologetic to say the least. He said that Ash & Rich were exposed to Covid the day before shooting another wedding as weren't wearing masks. Liam made no effort to contact me via my personal phone or email. He also did not contact the venue to let them know nor did attempt to call my fiance. I do not recommend Applehead Studio, horrible experience, poor customer service, didn't show for the wedding and left us without a photographer on one of the most special & important days of of lives. Be smart and hire someone else.

Ash and Rich were so wonderful! We couldn’t have asked for better people to be there on our big day! Our photos are absolutely gorgeous! They were so great at capturing relaxed photos that didn’t look too posed, abs just the right amount of posed photos that you need!

We selected Liam as our photographer and from our initial meeting, we fell in love with his style and were extremely excited for him to capture our day. He is very personable and we had a great time with him during our engagement shoot and our wedding, felt like hanging around a good friend.

He is very quick to respond to any questions (and I had many!) and made us feel completely at ease the whole time. We are waiting to see the rest of our pictures now, but the previews we have seen are stunning and completely capture the feeling of the day.

We chose to do his photo booth (aka crazy booth) at our reception and I would highly recommend doing this if you have a fun crowd coming to your wedding. Everyone continues to talk about how fun it was and how excited they are to see all of the pictures!

I would recommend Liam (and Steph) to anyone who is looking for a unique, non-traditional coverage of your wedding where you will definately not have pictures that look like your typical wedding photo ops.

Liam was amazingly accommodating and provided an excellent service. The photos were very well done and I have received nothing but praise on them!
