Babylon wedding services is amazing. I used them for decor and they have a huge variety of things that you can see in store to get a feel for what you are actually going to pick! Very happy with their work.

Highly highly recommend. We have been trying to get married since 2020. When pandemic hit everything was a mess. Trying to rescheduled not knowing what the future would hold, not knowing if vendors would have our new date. To our surprise, Rafi and team pulled through. They followed our entire journey with no hesitations, no price increases just amazing customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Babylon. When we finally got to say “I do” just a few weeks ago, they set up our hall. The decor was beautiful. They listened to everything we wanted. It brought the whole celebration together. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You don’t know how much it means to us that you went above and beyond to help us get to the final destination. We are forever grateful. We will definitely use you again for our future celebrations.

From the Decour to flowers such a beautiful atmosphere

Yesterday, my fiance, my wedding planner, and I had a 6:30 PM appointment for which we were on time. However, once it was our turn to sit down with the associate, she tells us that they have many appointments coming in and are behind. At the time, it was just my fiance, my planner and myself in the studio—no other clients/customers. The owner then shows up with another couple and sits down at a table nearby.

My appointment is going smoothly at first, but as more and more clients show up for their appointment, the more agitated the owner becomes. He then comes over to the associate we are working with (she is working off of the ONLY computer in the studio), and he keeps telling her to get up. Finally, she says, "we're not done". Which we were not.

She gets up. He sits down and says to us, "I need the computer. You have enough information. I need to help the other appointments now". Just like that. He doesn't even have the decency to see where we are with building our decor plan or try to humbly reschedule. Instead, we were met with coldness and aggression. All because he did not take the time to accurately plan out his appointments.

My planner tells him that we are only halfway through, and we waited a month for this appointment. He did not care. He says again, "we are behind!"

Now, if we've made an appointment, I do not understand what warranted him to practically throw us out. What I do know, though, is that professionalism, compassion and care for customers are lacking in this establishment.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE. Don't waste your time like we just did. Even if they changed their attitude, the overbooking and then rushed approach to their customers doesn't deserve a dime from your wallet. Just imagine what kind of service you will receive on your wedding day if this is the first impression.

I am upset, and I am hurt, and I would hate for another unsuspecting couple to be treated this way. You've been warned.

The service we booked Babylon for were the indoor fireworks (sparkulars). Emails were answered on time and there were no issues in the booking process. The Greek gentleman that set the fireworks on the day of our wedding went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank him enough! Please send him our thanks on our behalf! Everything went great!

My husband and I booked all of our decor and floral with Babylon from chivari chairs, to linen, charger plates, dance floor vinyl, backdrop, centrepieces, ceremony decor, etc. Babylon Decor makes a lot of empty promises and will say yes to anything you ask them. At times it will feel like it's too good to be true. On our wedding day, this company turned out to be absolutely awful. Instead of arriving at the venue for 10:00 am to deliver all the floral and set up the decor they arrived just before noon. My floral arrangements were nothing like they had promised. The colours didn't even match. My bouquet which was supposed to be "freestyle" with ivory, blush and greenery, turned out to be all white roses. It was horrible. The centrepieces were not even the ones that we had selected. The two guys that were there to set up had no idea what they were doing. Myself and my maid of honour had to give them direction on everything. My linen sizes were all wrong to a point that the table legs were showing. I had paid for a ceremony backdrop and they did not deliver since they had failed to bring sandbags to hold down the poles. The chandelier that was set up by the sweetheart table was not working to a point that they had to come back at 6:00pm to fix it in front of all of our guests. I cannot mention one thing that worked out for us on our wedding day with this company. There is a reason why every time you go in for your appointment there is a long lineup of couples waiting to speak to them. Do yourself a huge favour, pay a bit more and go to another company who will not ruin your wedding day. The extra money that you end up saving is not worth it. Believe me you do not want this stress on your wedding day. After the wedding when we contacted Farah to complain about everything that had gone wrong she simply gave excuses for everything and refused to remedy anything for us and was not sorry. I will make sure I share my horrible experience with anyone I know so they don't end up going through the same thing.

For cost of chair rentals they were our best bet even delivering out to NOTL. However, we should have stopped there with the rental. We went in a few weeks prior to the wedding to finalize our choices. Some of those things to not show up properly on the day of. We paid extra for square beveled mirrors that were all supposed to be same size. I think we received 5/23 of the correct mirrors, the others were not. The rosetta table cloths had stains and they used 3 on one table because it wasn't big enough (even though I had sent table sizes and exact numbers of each needed). They stressed me out the morning of my wedding because the ceremony chairs were supposed to be delivered and he called to see what the address was for the delivery (which I provided in initial paperwork) and then it took a long time for them to show up! Also, we were forced to change our chivari chair choice 3 days before the wedding (even though we had confirmed everything prior). All in all it was the right price but did cause extra stress and the quality was not there.....you get what you pay for.

They did an amazing job at our Wedding, everything was on time and it looked beautiful. Also very affordable

Warning: Our anticipated dream wedding turned into a harrowing ordeal with Babylon Decor. After meticulously finalizing details with Rafi, the owner, and sealing the deal with a contract and deposit, the unraveling began. A visit to their office weeks before the wedding exposed discrepancies – elements promised at a specific price were suddenly deemed additional expenses. Attempts to reason with Rafi's sister resulted in rude dismissals and gaslighting.

Desperate for clarity, we contacted Rafi, only to face an unexpected hostile attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns, he repeatedly interrupted, making us feel insignificant. Requesting time to review the contract, Rafi left us emotionally drained, promising to get back to us. The silence that followed left us feeling betrayed and insecure about entrusting Babylon with our special day.

Attempting to cancel our booking and explain our reservations, Rafi's response was far from understanding. His yelling and refusal to acknowledge any fault left me, the bride, in tears, shattered by the unexpected hostility. Efforts to recover our deposit proved futile as Babylon Decor conveniently ignored our calls, messages, and emails. Exercise extreme caution before considering them for your event.

They are a very busy company, but that has to tell you something! Their prices were way more reasonable then many others I got quotes for. They delivered! Beautiful set up, beautiful flowers and decor.
They came to tear down right away and did it fast!
