Charlene and Bernard are honestly amazing. We booked them after hearing so many brides recommend them and we couldn't have asked for more!! We ended up paying for the full package which included both engagement and wedding photos. Unfortunately, Charlene had a family emergency so wasn't able to make it for the engagement photos, but Bernard and Jay saved the day! Bernard made us feel so comfortable and we laughed the whole day with them. On our wedding day, Charlene's bubbly personality and professionalism really made our day go smoothly. She and the team there right from the beginning and was so efficient. We had a lot of family portraits so it took quite a while to get through it all, but Charlene made sure everyone had a good time so I'm sure that the pictures will look natural and beautiful. We haven't received our wedding photos yet, but our engagement photos were absolutely stunning.

The best and friendliest team. We engaged BI for photography and videography. The BI team was so easy to work with and really helped us as a somewhat camera shy couple by providing creative direction during our engagement photo shoot and on the day of the wedding itself. Our guests commented how friendly the team was as well and our family in a wedding party felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything.

Charlene, Bernard and their team were amazing to work with. They were so professional and was able to capture so many great moments of our day. We had alot of people at our wedding and it was a full day. Traditional tea ceremony during the morning, photos at the park, evening ceremony and reception. Our family and friends all felt so comfortable with them. We worked with Charlene for our engagement shot and from those photos, we knew we had the right team for the big day. We got our photos back recently and loved them, the photos were not overly edited and looked so natural.
