Wedding nightmare!

BEWARE BIRDSIVU!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! My husband and I booked with them for our wedding two years in advance because a friend recommended them. By three days before the wedding, they had confirmed they would still be shooting our wedding and we had paid our balance in full. But on the day of the wedding they did NOT SHOW UP!! Moreover, they CANCELLED AT 9:30 AM THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING OVER EMAIL!!! I didn't realize until it was 1:00 p.m (my wedding was at 3:30!) because they were late coming to photograph me getting ready and I was getting concerned. No call, no apology, no attempt to rectify the situation and they had a pathetic excuse!! I had to scramble like crazy to find a replacement and I did NOT deserve that panic on what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!
