Bobbi was amazing to work with from the very start! She made sure we both understood what we were getting out of her style of photography to make sure our day was captured the way we wanted it to. She has a great way of making the photo sessions feel natural by getting us to pose in ways without making it feel fake and made us laugh tons. We chose Bobbi to document our wedding because we appreciated her candid style that captures the silly, wild and intimate moments of a wedding in a way that is not "super posed." Bobbi was very thoughtful in the lead-up to the event and took time to get to know us and our vibe. We appreciated her experience and insights working with our venue and how she helped make sure we had some time as a couple to connect during such a hectic day. Wow where do we even begin. Bobbi was incredible!! She was able to capture our day in a way we didn’t even know was possible. The photos we have received are absolutely breathtaking! You can feel the emotions in each photo as a story is unfolding. Bobbi’s photography isn’t standard, you are buying an experience that lasts a lifetime. Her photography is a documentary that tells a story from start to finish with everything in between. As we watch the slide show over and over again, we time travel back to being on top of Mt. Crawford, exchanging our vows in the most love filled intimate ceremony. Our day wasn’t posing in front of a camera being models, we created memories from picking huckleberries for the first time, to almost falling off of a mountain (she has quick reflexes btw) to picking up rocks to keep forever, to countless moments of laughter. Bobbi created a safe welcoming space that allowed us to be comfortable and our real authentic goofy selves. From the moment we met Bobbi there was an instant connection of friendship. Bobbi is the most genuine, kindest soul we have ever met. We can’t thank you enough for perfectly capturing our love for each other.

We seen her photos and knew she was perfect for us. I had a lot of things go one before the wedding including my grandmother getting sick, so I did have to cancel and reschedule things with her and she was so understand. She made the whole process easier, and we could not be happier with our photos.

Bobbi was so amazing to work with! She has such a lovely way about her. She is fun, talented, and so easy going. It made our day feel really relaxing. With her documentary style of photography, we got so many beautiful moments captured. I had complete trust that Bobbi would see and document the important stuff, but also some of the smaller moments. Bobbi’s style of photography perfectly aligned with what we were looking for with our elopement. After finding Bobbi, and meeting her online we knew we had found our gal! Our hunt for a wedding photographer was REAL. We looked at 40+ photographers in the province of BC. While others had certain things we were looking for, no one seemed to have the whole package. We weren’t big on the ‘status quo’ wedding photos. While we absolutely wanted photos of the entirety of our day, we didn’t need the stock standard rings, dress hanging, people standing around smiling, etc. We wanted the 'dream,' photographer. One who could capture the raw emotion and vibe of the day, one who would capture those swoon worthy images, one who would capture all the ‘status quo’ things but in a way where they were part of it.

When we arrived at Bobbi's site, the emotion we could feel in her photos was palpable. We knew we had to meet her.

When we did get the chance to meet, her authenticity, honesty and personality sealed the deal for us. She answered all our questions, even gave advice on certain things based on her own experiences with weddings. Her having been to hundreds and us new to planning one.

We decided to go with a package that included a connection session. Would highly recommend. We headed out to Waterton and got to know her even better. Turns out we were right - she’s just a wicked person. Not only that, but we also got to see her style of photography with us in the photos. We were blown away by our pictures. They were stunning.

Fast forward to wedding day. Bobbi fits in with anyone, she blends in with everyone, she’s the guest you want at your wedding. Our photos turned out so incredibly amazing, so beautiful. We couldn’t be any happier with them. We laughed and we cried when we viewed them. They were absolutely everything we wanted. Truthfully, we don’t even know how to pick our favorite ones. Each time I look at them I am immediately transported back to the day. Which is such a phenomenal feeling. We have it all. The getting ready, the ceremony, the wedding party, the portraits, the speeches, the love, the laughter, the uniqueness of our guests, they’re personalities somehow captured in a single image, the moments we didn’t even know happened, the things we didn’t even see.

She is truly fascinated by people in the best way, finding beauty in everything. Her ability to capture magic is unparalleled. We honestly cannot recommend Bobbi enough. Hire her. We promise you will not be disappointed.

Bobbi absolutely NAILED it!!! She gave us those most beautiful memories that we will have forever. We cannot thank her enough!! Not only were the photos absolutely STUNNING, they told the best story and captured all of the perfect moments from the day, with everyone’s personalities shining through! She is an adventurous person with an “up for anything” attitude and helped show our adventurous and playful sides! We are so obsessed and feel like we can re-live this day! She made so many positive suggestions throughout the day which we were grateful for - you can tell she has been doing this for awhile! She also brought along a second photographer as we had a lot of moving parts, and travelled from Fernie to Nelson all out of the goodness of her heart. Not only is she phenominal at what she does but she is a fantastic human being and such a positive, enthusiastic, and fun wedding guest!! She also paid attention to everything that we love and wanted, and incorporated it even if we didn’t ask and even if it wasn’t what she would normally focus on. Seriously though… we still cannot stop looking at all of the photos 2 months after receiving them and are so grateful that we chose and met Bobbi!!!! It's hard to really express what Bobbi does on your special day unless you experience it firsthand. She's less of a wedding photographer, more of a documentarian. She captures moments that are somehow both timeless and universal - a true talent.
