  Kind, genuine, and incredibly talented photographer

  Caitlin is incredibly talented and we loved having her as our photographer for our wedding and engagement photos. She is flexible and creative, and she really took time to get to know us, which helped us relax and have fun in front of the camera. She has such a positive and genuine approach to her work—by the end of our engagement session it felt like we’d known her for years! We also loved that was open to trying out different ideas, giving us options that fit best for us, and that she really took the time to learn more about the vibe we were going for at the wedding. On the wedding day she was a perfect mix of creativity, adaptability, positivity, and professionalism! She helped keep us on schedule without adding to the stress of the day, and her photos captured all the big and small moments that mattered to us! I would definitely recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a kind, genuine, and incredibly talented photographer!

  It was fate coming across Caitlin's contact information. We instantly clicked and secured her time for our engagement shoot and wedding day package. After seeing our engagement and wedding photos I am BLOWN away with her work. The portfolio proves it all. She made us feel so comfortable and able to enjoy our day while she took care of the rest

  I really wish I could leave a positive review like the others, however, our experience with Caitlin was extremley disappointing. She was very hard to connect with to set the timeline leading up to the wedding, she was 30 minutes late on the wedding day and dressed very casual (tank and flip flops) compared to most other wedding photographers, she was not fully engaged and can be seen in the background of photos from our guests on her cell phone, and lastly, she actually lost 2 hours of our day worth of photos. We did received a partial refund but that does not compensate in any way for the lost photos that we can never get back. A true professional photographer would never lose photos by failing to check the photos properly downloaded the photos before wiping the card.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caitlin Free Photography! Caitlin photographed our engagement session and our wedding day. She is professional and friendly and immediately put us at ease which is such an important quality to have in a photographer. Caitlin goes above and beyond for her clients. She travelled from Toronto to Huntsville to photograph our engagement session on an extremely cold winter day in February where she spent 3 hours with us outside! On our wedding day, Caitlin captured so many wonderful pictures of our family and friends. She was able to move around during our ceremony without us even realizing she was there. We received several comments from our guests about how wonderful she was which speaks to the personal connections Caitlin makes so effortlessly. We were so fortunate to have Caitlin as our photographer and cannot wait to work with her again!

  Caitlin is a wonderful photographer. Since I knew my photographer would be the only person who would be with me throughout my whole wedding day, I wanted to make sure to pick someone special and Caitlin was everything I hoped for in a photographer. She is kind and professional and got amazing candid and posed photos. Since some of our family was late for photos we had very little time to take pictures with them. Caitlin kept her cool and made the most of the time she had. Our photos are stunning and we couldn't be happier with them. Caitlin is worth every penny.

  Caitlin is honestly the BEST! She is so on top of it all...I cannot express enough how quick in replying she was, how punctual she is, how well she gives direction and how nice she is!! We had the best time shooting with her, it was like hanging out with a friend, to be honest. Our photos turned out so good, we keep looking at them!
  She is so great at making you feel at easy and also very good with managing her time, so that we could get all the photos in that we really wanted. She was great with our (talkative) friends and our families... so efficient and organized. We loved spending time with her and enjoying her photos; we highly recommend hiring her as your photographer as she is not only super nice, but her photos are amazing!!

  Don't think twice about booking with Caitlin. She was amazing, not only is her work amazingly good, the overall service, her personality, she has got what you need on your wedding day. She was very organized, and was very proactive. She went out of the way to make things work. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. These are the words of an experienced bride :)

  I am beyond thrilled that we hired Caitlin to photograph our wedding. Not only did we get the beautiful photos that we were hoping for, but we also just loved her passion and personality which put us at ease on our wedding day. Caitlin kept in contact with us leading up to the wedding and helped me out with any questions and/or concerns, she even ended up recommending the florist that we went with to us.
  
  Caitlin literally, yes I mean literally, got hit by a car on the day of our wedding and not only managed to call me to give me a heads up as to what was going on but she was a total professional and still shot the wedding herself along with the second photographer. If that is not dedication to the job, I'm not quite sure what is.
  
  Thanks to Caitlin we have over 1000 incredible photos to enjoy for years to come, and had a great day thanks to her amazing work ethic.
