Callum feels more like an old friend than simply a vendor. Before the wedding we exchanged countless emails about our favorite snacks, books, tv shows etc. Why does this matter? Because i firmly believe if you are going to spend 8 plus hours with someone on your wedding day, you should like them as people. We were also a little camera shy, but having that relationship helped us relax. We felt totally comfortable with Callum. And the photos look relaxed and fun and natural because of who he is as a person. Several of our friends said they loved his personality and it helped them feel at ease too.

His pictures are also impeccable. He asked for a list of must have shots and got every one. He got the detail shots we requested (and a few we didnt think to request!). And then took lots of candid shots. We have so much love reflected in our photos: love between the 2 of us, love between us and our guests, and loving moments between our guests (my mom and my wife's mom hugging, my brother in law and his fiance slow dancing etc). Plus we got a number of absolutely hilarious shots we will laugh at for years to come.

Callum was flexible, personable, talented. Literally cannot say enough good things about him. If you are on the fence, reach out and set up a skype call to get to know each other. If you're anything like us, you'll be instantly sold on him being your photographer!

We are so happy with our wedding photos and overall experience working with Callum. Our priority was capturing the fun and love, and Callum definitely delivered. We have a beautiful selection of formal as well as candid shots, and our photos tell a lovely story of a really fun and special day. Callum was also able to make us feel at ease throughout the day, giving suggestions and direction as needed, but otherwise was totally flexible with what we wanted to do. I can't begin to express how truly beautiful and meaningful our wedding photos are. Not only are they artistic and stylish, but they truly capture so much of the emotion and love from our wedding day. Callum was worth every penny. Truly the best thing we spent money on for our wedding, and we can't recommend him enough.

He has such a friendly and outgoing personality, but also a calming presence that is just the perfect combination for someone who works at weddings, which are stressful events with many different types of people. We had an absolutely fabulous experience working with Callum for our wedding. We had an especially unique situation because our wedding did not take place near where Cal lives, so he travelled to us for the big day. This means that we did not actually get to meet him face to face until a few days before. We did get to Skype with him, but of course there were still nerves about our first "real" meeting being the Thursday before our wedding. That being said, we were nervous for no reason!! We immediately felt like Cal was a friend and not a vendor. He is so laid back and easy to work with. Both my husband and I instantly felt comfortable with Cal and photographing with him truly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. He made us laugh, and we really liked his style of not posing us too much. He gave us a lot of freedom - basically, we just acted like ourselves while Cal took pictures of us!

I'm really not sure which was better - working with Callum the day of our wedding, or seeing the photos a few weeks later. I had high expectations of our pictures, and Callum completely blew them out of the water. Our photos are simply stunning. We look natural, happy, and in love - exactly how we felt!! Cal really captured the style and mood of our wedding perfectly, and we got our photos back a lot sooner than we expected which was a nice surprise! Even after our wedding, Cal has kept in touch and has even sent us special little goodie surprise prints in the mail.

We took a big risk hiring a photographer from out of state, but it was so, so worth it. I can't imagine having anyone else photograph our wedding and we highly, highly recommend him to any other couple looking for a fun and natural photography experience.

Callum is so amazing! He went above and beyond for my husband and I as our photographer for our reception. He was easy to get in touch with before our big day and we just got along so well instantly. He is such a good guy and really made us feel super comfortable which included some good jokes and one liners.

My husband and I can’t thank him enough or say enough good things about him. You won’t go wrong if you choose to use him as your photographer. He also was so quick with getting us a sneak peak and getting us all our pictures- which turned out amazing!

From the very first time we met Callum, we knew he was going to be our photographer. Laid back, professional and funny. I had a vision in mind and he captured it flawlessly. The little moments that bring you back in an instant. The group shots, small secret smiles, tearful looks and all of them bursting with joy and love. Callum captures it, he seems to have a sixth sense, silently freezing treasured moments. The depth of colour and emotion will bring you back, no matter how often you look at the photos. He made everyone at ease, he helped the shy wedding party laugh. He provided our perfect mix of posed and candid pictures. Friends of ours also book him after our wedding, everyone compliments our pictures and his work. He’s a professional, he knows what to do if the lights turn off during your first dance and turn it into one of your favorite pictures. I’m so thankful we found him. Thank you Callum!!

Callum was incredible to work with! Before deciding on a photographer, Callum met up with us to personally to discuss different options, and so we could get to know him! Callum was helpful and available throughout the entire process. which made our decision to hire him that much easier! Callum answered many questions and helped us create a wedding day timeline that fit with our vision. On the actual wedding day, Callum was so much fun! It was really important for us to have someone who was able to keep us calm and attentive so we could truly enjoy the day. All of our friends and family commented on how much fun he was to have on the day, and we are incredibly happy with our experience. Callum provided preview photos within days of the wedding, and sent us our entire album just a few weeks after the big day! The pictures are incredible and help us relive our wedding day every time we look at them! He truly captured the vision and heart behind the entire day, and spent a lot of time making sure that the special (and candid) moments were caught. His photographic style truly allows for both the posed and candid moments, and helped us to know that our day would be remembered beautifully.

Callum is professional but very informal and immediately puts everyone at ease. He has this whole thing down to a science so the photography is the area of your wedding you will not have to worry about at all. He also went above and beyond in exploring the venue to create some really cool shots and helped out wherever possible (including offering a lift to our friends in his car to the venue). Our parents loved him, our friends loved him and we loved him! :)

Callum did a wonderful job, we trusted him to guide our wedding day photos to ensure they turned out beautifully, and he did just that. He was a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.
