Josie and her team at Cipriano Palmer are the best. I've used them multiple times, from my first wedding to headshots to family photos and I will be using them again for my wedding in October. Josie is so fun to be around and the photos come out perfect every time. I felt so comfortable with her right away and it shows in my photos. I get so many compliments on my photos and how gorgeous they are. Her team is super fast with turn around, and so professional. I can't wait for my engagement shoot and my wedding in October.

Incredible service and a beautiful product.

Josie & Brooke handled the photography for our wedding in August 2018. Perhaps my expectations were too high. For the price, I thought there would have been more communication and personalisation in regards to the overall process. It felt to me that they have a standard set of photos that they have to capture. The initial discussions we had with Brooke in regards to what we were looking for didn't appear to be considered. That said, the final product looked good.

Pros:
- Josie & Brooke were very pleasant to deal with in person
- Photos turned out well

Cons:
- zero communication from the date of payment until the date of the wedding unless initiated by us; very slow response time (1-2 weeks)
- we requested a lot of candids; much more focused on posed (could be we chose the wrong style of photographer for our needs)
- requested a photo list in advance but didn't bring it with them
- had to follow up several times in order to receive the final product; took almost 15 weeks from date of wedding to receive the zipdrive (their photo website also shows the incorrect wedding date)

Josie and her team were so incredible to work with for our wedding day! They were able to make us feel comfortable and were such a blast to be around! They went over and beyond to capture every special moment and were so kind and funny! We are truly thankful to have had them for our day! Thank you Josie and your wonderful team for being so amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for better photographs for my wedding day! Josie and Brooke both captured not only the most memorable moments but also those one of a kind photos that give you lasting timeless memories that one will always cherish. They are both wonderful to work with and really helped in guiding me through the different styles of photography they offer. If your looking for unique and exceptional photography for your wedding photos I strongly recommend them.
