Dawn was an incredible wedding photographer for us and went above and beyond our expectations. She took pictures of our wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. On the day of the wedding, she graciously let me, the bride, get ready in her room. She allowed the hair and make-up team into her space and arranged to have food and champagne on-hand. Later that evening, she again gave up her room for me to get ready for the reception. The really amazing thing was what happened when I had a wardrobe malfunction in her room. She happened to have a sewing kit on-hand (because she’s just that prepared) and literally sewed me into my dress! I will forever be grateful to her for that. Not to mention, that whole day she was not feeling well – I did not know this until the following day; she didn’t want me to know as I already had so much on my plate. Furthermore she provided several of my guests and their families private photography sessions at our resort, and I know they were all more than happy with the pictures she produced. By the way, she did these extra sessions on her birthday. I cannot say enough about what an amazing photographer and person Dawn is. She made a lasting impression on me and my family members, always had a smile on her face, and was always there for me, for whatever I needed or whatever was thrown our way. She also took our engagement pictures, so it was nice to have the continuity of her expertise as well. Needless to say, WE LOVE DAWN!!

Choosing Dawn for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She is so friendly, accommodating and professional. After having our first meeting we decided to go with her even without finalizing the price at that time. She made us so comfortable in front of the camera and captured unforgettable moments. From the first time we met Dawn to after the wedding, her service and personal touch has been so thoughtful in every way. We met a few times before the wedding, and in doing so Dawn got to know us quite well, and it comes out in the moments she captured and how comfortable we felt with her. It was like having a friend there, which she is now :) She even helped fix my broken bustle! Post wedding she took the time to review all the edited photos with us, and gave us a wedding gift. We were both surprised and touched.

You should be surrounded by people that lift you up on your wedding day. The process leading to the wedding day and the special day itself was perfect thanks to everyone. Dawn absolutely added to that perfect day thanks to her photography and amazing personality!

We loved having Dawn as our wedding photographer. I met Dawn when she shot my sisters wedding she was very personable, down to earth and easy to get a long with. I absolutely loved my sister's photos and did not hesitate to book Dawn for my special day. It was a pleasure having Dawn by our side all day she was professional and a lot of fun. It is clear she takes pride in her work and she made sure we got all the important shots that we asked for and even went above and beyond. I can't thank Dawn Stenzel Photography enough for such an amazing experience and for such stunning photos of our wedding day. This morning, a coworker of mine, at my new job, was gawking at our wedding photo that I have displayed in my office.
