Definition Photography takes pride in delivering images that are classic, original, and real. It is a boutique photography studio that launched in 2008. It is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Gary and Sheena. They are based in Toronto, Ontario, where they reside with their two daughters. Associate photographer Vivek works with them at most weddings. They focus on documenting your wedding day in its entirety, capturing not just the bride and groom, but also the moments, events, details, and guests. Working as a team, they capture the event from every angle.

Experience

With 20 years of photography experience, Gary is the primary shooter at Definition Photography. He received his dad's Nikon EM SLR when he was 15 years old, and he studied photography at the University of Western Ontario as well as in private classes. . He has photographed in various countries, including Nepal, India, Cambodia, Morocco, and Vietnam. Sheena is the second shooter and helps to capture all the small details of the event. They met in 2003 and travelled worldwide together for the next four years. After getting married in 2007, they started Definition Photography out of his passion for photography and her love for weddings. Vivek has been working with Definition Photography for three years. He graduated from Loyalist College's photojournalism program and is currently studying photography at Ryerson University. Vivek was first fascinated by photography when he was 10 years old and has been inspired ever since.

How they work

The photographers at Definition Photography shoot with professional Nikon cameras and lenses. To add the perfect lighting to your images, they also bring studio lights, umbrellas, softboxes, stands, and lots of other accessories. They usually post some of the images from your wedding on their blog within two weeks of the event. A proofing link to all the digital images is provided after a month of the wedding. Here, you will have your own password protected gallery and can save favorites and add items to your cart.

Other services

Gary and his team offer photography services for all other special events. They covers bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and headshots. They also offer packages for family and newborn sessions.
