Dila is very professional and charming. For our engagement photos, we took photos on a very chilly and windy day, but Dila kept us in smiles and took care of us throughout the photoshoot! Her photos are also spectacular! You could really feel the romance between us through the photos. We loved her so much, we hired her again for our Calgary wedding! She is such an amazing and gifted photographer. Every moment she was there, she was taking photos. She is super dedicated and enthusiastic about capturing beautiful and special moments! Oh boy where do we even begin? After many rescheduled dates from our original wedding day, in the spur of the moment we decided to have our wedding in the mountains. We basically planned the wedding in about a week and it was crazy, but Dila was so reassuring and very helpful with us in making our decision. Dila was incredibly honest and literally had an answer to every question we had on how to have an intimate mountain wedding.
What we LOVE most about working with Dila is not just how she captures beautiful photos with the scenery, but also how she connected with us as a couple and everything just blended well with each other. Dila was really able to capture wonderful moments and able to tie in our emotions with the photos.

Every minute of our experience was so easy and enjoyable. Dila was very accommodating and attentive, we didnt have to worry about anything. Dila is also great at scheduling and she sticks to it with little to no deviation (she's basically an event planner!). Not only was she great at accommodating us, but also with our friends and family. Everybody adored Dila as much as we did, it's as if we've known each other for a long time.
Lastly, Dila is very delightful, passionate and informative. If anyone is looking for a mountain photographer or even any photographer in general, she is definitely worth checking out.

On our Wedding day, WE DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. She guided us through everything.

There are all these other photographers who will produce you nice but obviously edited photos, then there's Dila who would capture your photos and make them just right to let the natural beauty pop out even more.

We actually saw Dila by chance at the trailhead of Parker Ridge prior to our session, but we formally met one another on the day of the engagement shoot itself.  I'd say she would be the type of person that you'd clicked with right away.  Her lovely smile, friendly demeanor, and bright personality would make you think twice whether you have known her before.  Even my fiance who tends to be quite shy when meeting people for the first time got along with Dila pretty quickly, and trust me, that says a lot!

I would have loved to mention one specific moment that stood out throughout our experience with Dila, but I cannot think of any since the whole engagement session was memorable.  I must say, she got me emotional and had me teary-eyed at some point.  Don't ask me when that was, because that would be up to you to find out when you get her as your photographer. ;)  What I appreciate about her too was that she remembered my ideas from our initial conversation, and she was not hesitant to incorporate them in her work.  While we didn't get the best weather that we were hoping for on that day in September, we had a creative and talented photographer anyway... and I think that's what matters most.

If you are looking for a photographer who will give you incredible pictures AND an amazing photoshoot experience, then congratulations... You found Dila.

Our photo session with Dila was awesome! We were on vacation and she was really flexible and basically ready for anything. We also felt really confortable with her, didn’t feel like it was the first time seeing each other. She is such a good shooter, photos are amazing. Would recommand 100%. ❤️

Dila..there aren’t enough kind words in the dictionary to describe her!! With the ongoing pandemic, my husband and I decided on an adventure elopement. She really gets to know the couple as a whole and individually. We told her roughly how we envisioned the day and she was able to deliver! lol She made the whole process easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. She is not just photographer..she is your wedding planner, MOH, best friend, visionary all rolled into one. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone and anyone. We had a engagement/surprise proposal shoot at Lake Louise during sunrise with Dila. We had traveled from Toronto, Ontario to Banff, Alberta. Dila was professional yet very friendly. She made us feel comfortable despite there being people around us and she made us laugh and made it so much fun and memorable. She also gave me advise as to what to wear, weather conditions, and directions to the lake and kept in touch, so helpful. She is an amazing person and her photography is incredibly amazing. She captured every moment, emotion beautifully. We shared the photographs with friends and family and their compliments warmed our hearts, all thanks to her. The photographs are utterly beautiful.
