Ella was so easy to work with. She is very responsive on email and text. We interviewed a few photographers. She took us to breakfast and showed us her past work. She was really easy to talk to and we felt a good connection with her. We had a fun engagement shoot and she event gave us a bonus shoot with our cat which was so sweet. On the wedding day, she had a lot of fun tricks to get natural smiles and wanted everyone to have a good time. Her second shooter, Adrienne, was also great! Thank you Ella for everything!

I have recommended Ella to several friends and family members for engagement parties, engagement photos and weddings, and they always come back to me with how impressed they are, how much they loved working with her, and how much they loved the photos. When we were planning our intimate surprise wedding, there was only one vendor that truly mattered to me: the photographer. I didn't want to be stressed about anything on our wedding day and missing out on capturing the memories via photos was worrying me. I probably looked at 50 photographers in the Toronto area. As soon as I came across Ella I knew that she was the photographer for us. I thought: her style is beautiful but not overly complicated. She seemed to excel with both the candid as well as the posed. And upon hiring Ella to do our wedding both of these thoughts were true and I was surprised by so many other wonderful things about her. She was easy to communicate with and arrange plans with. She was flexible when we came to Toronto and decided to do a last minute engagement shoot. She showed us her version of a guest book which I wasn't overly interested in initially but now am SO glad we rushed the printing because I cherish our families kinds words and the juxtaposition with her photos is just divine.

I will forever remember the kindness, patience, professionalism, and leadership that Ella showed on our wedding day. I trusted her completely to tell me and everyone what to do, and also left it up to her to capture our wedding and she thought best. This paid off big time. I had zero stress and knew that I could just enjoy the evening without thinking I should ask her to do anything. Every time I mentally stepped away from what was happening - whether it was a speech that made everyone cry, our first dance, or a stolen moment with my new husband away from the crowd - I noticed that she too was capturing exactly what I was experiencing. It was such a special thing and I am so overly happy that I found Ella.

The day after our wedding Ella surprised me with some photos ready to share (with the bulk anticipated to arrive a few weeks following the wedding). I am blown away by the attention to detail and the level of care that Ella put into photographing our wedding.
