I am so excited to have you here! Choosing a wedding photographer is stressful, trust me, I get it! You have probably never done this before, but thankfully I have and I am here to help you every step of the way. After-all your wedding photos are going to be for life. You will likely see me more on your wedding day than your future spouse, because of this I always like to make sure we are the perfect fit before booking.
I want to make sure we get this right, and we are able to connect. Join me for a phone or email consultation where I can get to know you, your comfortability level in front of the camera, and some fun facts about you and find out what makes you, you! I want to connect with you, learn about your engagement & love story and your vision for your wedding!
My Story...
I was born and raised in BC on the coast of Vancouver Island. Adventure is in my blood, I love the beaches, mountains, hiking, camping and all of the beautiful things life has to offer! I packed up my little car in 2015 and moved out to Alberta, I started my career working in an insurance office, collecting a comfortable monthly salary, but not living the life I wanted to. I met my husband and we got married, I loved wedding planning so much I just knew I needed to be in the wedding industry, and started taking courses and working on my photography to make that dream come true! My husband and dogs are my heart & soul, and my favourite adventure buddies. When I am not out exploring everything this province has to offer you will likely find me cuddled up on the couch, with my face in a book, or watching the next creepy murder documentary Netflix has put out.
Your Photography Experience
Join me for a phone or email consultation whichever you are more comfortable with, where we will discuss all of your needs and create a custom package that is perfect for your wedding! During the call we will create a custom timeline, determine how much coverage you need, discuss all aspects of your day that you want captured and then I will create a custom quote based only off of your needs for your wedding!
PS. The best part is, all of our wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement session! This helps us get to know each other a little better and make sure we are the perfect fit for your wedding day. Since we will be spending more time together on the day than you will with you spouse!
PSS. I know waiting for ALL of your gorgeous photos to be delivered is the hardest part. Thankfully I have come up with a system to get you the best edits and quickly! Within 24 hours of your wedding you will get a few sneak peeks and your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks!

I decided to propose to my lovely girlfriend on trip to tofino (Vancouver island) and wanted some photos to memorize the occasion.
I was recommended Katelyn by a friend who had previously had her for a wedding. Upon looking into it I noticed she was located in edmonton. Now incase no one is aware Vancouver island and edmonton are a travel away( 24 hours if you realy follow the traffic signs)
The main reason this was a issue is cause my proposal was going to happen in roughly a 48 hour time frame.
So I scheduled a consultation with her to see if I was able to push this proposal a few days off.
Well let me tell you she not only understood my situation she was able catch the first flight down and make it for the Original scheduled date.
She not only setup a bunch of poses for us but also helped me make the moment even more special by introducing a surprise pose so I could pop the question.
Needless to say I was beyond impressed and would recommend her to anyone and can't stress enough how grateful I am for her timely response and quick service.

Meet the team
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, and moved to the Edmonton area in 2015. I now reside in a small town in Sturgeon County, this small town girl has always had big dreams though. In high-school I always thought I would be a psychiatric nurse, then after I graduated I decided to take business but that still wasn't quite right for me. I have had a couple administration roles since then, but felt I needed a creative outlet and photography is just that for me. I got married in February 2022 and ever since then felt I needed to be in the wedding industry in some way, I considered event planning first. I had already been doing photography for a while as a hobby at that point but more recently decided to make it a career and my way into the wedding industry. I love, LOVE and my favourite part of photography is being able to capture your beautiful moments between you & your partner.
Today I am a photographer, podcaster, wife and dog/cat mom. I love hiking, camping and being outdoors. When I'm not outdoors, I love being cuddled up on the couch with my hubby watching horror movies & true crime documentaries!
