Exceptional Wedding Photos & Experience with Erin Blackwood Photography!!
Erin and Ian were phenomenal to work with on our wedding day! It was easy to get in touch with and communicate our plans with them before the wedding. You can really tell just how experienced they are during the planning process. As we had no clue where to start, Erin and Ian made it easy to plan and we felt prepared and excited going into the day. They made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera! They remembered the little details and were able to execute our vision beautifully. We are so so happy with our photos and can't believe how well they turned out!! -

We hired Erin Blackwood Photography for our wedding and they truly exceeded all of my expectations from our initial meeting, the lead up to our wedding, our engagement shoot and of course the day of our wedding!! For starters Erin and her husband are super kind and truly listen to what you want for the day of your wedding, they did a phenomenal job capturing the day and my vision for our wedding! Not only did our pictures turn out beautiful due to their talent and eye for capturing such beautiful moments they also were SO helpful the day of our wedding! Erin is always there to support you, hype you up and even give a lending hand to help make the day go by smoother and I really appreciated that! Their expertise is not only evident in their photography but also in the wedding industry in general so they also had some very insightful advise that we found helpful for our special day! I could go on and on about how happy I was with their work and would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a wedding photographer!! -

Absolutely blown away!
Wow, wow, wow! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Erin and Ian are. But I will try to summarize the best parts.... From our very first meeting, to the last photo they snapped, Erin and Ian were are dream team to work with. They made us feel at ease and taken care of. They knew when to be leaders in order to orchestrate everyone and get the right shot. And they know when to step back and capture the magic of the moment. They were kind, funny, and personable, and by the end of the night I felt like we were all old friends! They truly made our wedding even more special. Plus, they made the photo taking process fun -- even for someone like me who feels awkward around cameras. Their editing skills are top notch and the final photos we received perfectly reflect the warmth and intimacy of our romantic, candlelit winter wedding. We're beyond thrilled with our photos, and will cherish them always. Thank you Erin and Ian -- you are truly stars, and we are so grateful for everything you did to capture our beautiful night. -

When we first got engaged, we knew photography was going to be the most important aspect of our wedding day. We are so incredibly grateful that Erin & Ian were the ones to capture our love story. We were so impressed after our initial phone call with Erin & Ian, we made sure they were available first before confirming our wedding date with our venue!
We had never had a professional photo shoot, but right from our engagement photos, Erin & Ian made us feel so comfortable. It felt like we were hanging out with long-time friends! It's easy to see how immensely talented and creative Erin & Ian are by looking through their photography, but on top of being amazing at what they do, they are truly exceptional people. They are genuine, down-to-earth, fun, charming and professional.
Erin was so easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning journey and provided excellent vendor recommendations (including our engagement shoot location, and our Airbnb where the girls got ready and we had our first look). Erin & Ian worked seamlessly with our other vendors, many of whom they had already established great relationships with. On our wedding day, they made all our family & friends feel at ease and thoroughly enjoy having their photos taken, all while ensuring they captured the special moments that were important to us.
We will truly cherish our photos for the rest of our lives. Erin & Ian have such an eye for detail; their photos are dreamy and timeless. We have received so many compliments from our loved ones on our photos. It’s a great problem to have when you can’t decide which ones are your favourites since they are all so beautiful!
We will never be able to thank Erin & Ian enough. Any couple would be so fortunate to have them as their photographers – they were, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Erin & Ian were recommended to us by a friend who had previously used them. From the moment we first spoke with them we knew they were the perfect choice. Through the entire planning process they were so helpful and truly wanted us to have the best wedding day possible. Erin helped us navigate how to best organize the room, she gave me recommendations for other vendors who were equally as amazing, and on top of all of that the photos we received are BEAUTIFUL. Many people commented they thought they looked like they could be in a magazine. Erin and Ian blended in seamlessly on the day of and made us, our wedding party, and our guests so comfortable in front of the camera that we could just really sit back and enjoy our day. I could go on and on forever about why you should hire Erin & Ian. Know that if you are thinking about them you will not regret it! -

I truly can't say enough good things about Erin and Ian. We were lucky enough to have them photograph our engagement shoot and wedding day and believe me when I say our photos came out PERFECT. I have received sooo many compliments on our photos. They completely nailed our vision and had the best suggestions and not to mention they were so great to work with. They are super professional and relatable and worked seamlessly with our videographer and wedding coordinator. My husband and I had not been professionally photographed before but they made us feel so comfortable and made the whole process feel really natural. Even during something as intimate as a first look, there was no awkwardness as they captured our special moment and it still felt as if we were the only people there. They were a dream to work with and we couldn't have asked for a cooler duo to spend our wedding day with. I'm so incredibly grateful for the beautiful photos they took for us, they turned out way better than we could've imagined! I recommend Erin and Ian to anyone looking for wedding photographers and I will definitely be looking to work with them again in the future! -

We booked with Erin over 2 years ago for our 2023 wedding. Erin and her husband Ian were wonderful to work with. Professional and great communication. They made us and our friends and family feel comfortable getting photos taken. Wonderful candid photos as well as posed photos. Beautiful engagement photos. Erin and Ian capture such amazing moments, but more than that they are just absolutely wonderful to have around. I cannot say enough positive things about Erin and Ian. From our initial meeting they made us feel comfortable and we continued to be impressed throughout our entire experience with them. They exceed our expectations by being available to discuss any wedding detail during and provide advice during the planning process. They are wonderful people and incredible photographers. They are talented at capturing both the candid shots and the perfect portraits. We will forever cherish the beautiful pictures they captured for both our wedding and engagement pictures, as well as the time we spent with them!
