  Simply the BEST

  The BEST wedding photographer! Lucho and his team did an amazing job filming, taking photos and even helping with other little things throughout our big day. They all went above and beyond to make our day special. The end result was equally as amazing. We love our photos and videography. They were very easy to work with, organized, professional and had timely communication and were reasonably priced as well.
  I now jokingly call Lucho our family photographer since he has photographer our engagement photos, wedding and Christmas photos!

  Jana and Lucho were sooo much fun to work with! We also took engagement photos with them and I really enjoyed the time I spent with them. The photos they produced turned out great! I hired them through wedding wire after reading the views. They are truly a gem.

  Beautiful photos and video

  One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Farawayland for our photos and videos. They are amazing at what they do.
  
  Jana was so helpful in organizing our timeline and making sure the day went smoothly. She also worked with us to find a package that had everything we wanted for a very reasonable price.
  
  The quality of Lucho's work is top notch. He told a story with every image and each one was absolutely stunning. He made sure to capture all the special moments that were important to us and created a wedding video highlight that summarized the day perfectly.
  
  They were very professional, had suggestions for different locations and poses and helped make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We are so happy with how everything turned out and could not ask for more.
  
  I highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything!

  Farawayland was a wonderful, stress-free part of our wedding day.

  Farawayland Weddings helped make our wedding perfect! We were restricted to a 10-person indoor wedding, and it was very important to us to include the rest of our friends and family virtually. Farawayland Wedding was easy to communicate with, professional, and friendly. They answered all of our questions before the big day. And most importantly of all, they executed beautifully. They were unobtrusive in the church, and captured high quality video and sound of the ceremony. We received many compliments from our friends and family across the country who were impressed by the quality of the livestream. It made our wedding so much better, knowing we could trust Farawayland to take care of the streaming. Thank you so much!

  The professionalism, the attention to detail, the care and curation of each session; is why I always come back to work with Lucho and the Farawayland Team. This is probably one of the best sessions ever with the Team. They help bring a dream to reality for our brand while making each of our models feel special and powerful. Lucho’s ability to pull the best out of everyone and his keen sense of style and what works is always amazing to me. The best collaborator on every project. His precision and time consciousness wanting to get everything done and delivered in a timely fashion is also one of the reasons I always bring my projects to Lucho and the Team.   Professional, great quality, affordable, amazing!

  My husband and I are soo happy that we decided to go with Farawayland Weddings. Jana and Lucho are an amazing duo! Jana was great with reaching out to me when we were in need of a videographer for our covid wedding in 2020. She helped us decide what we really needed and helped us fit it in our budget. Lucho was the main videographer on the day of and he had great energy, professionalism and skill. Our final product was amazing and made all our family members cry! Definitely recommend to any couple!

  Photography & Live-stream video

  Lucho and Jana did a superb job at my wedding in Sept 2020. The best part was live-stream video they did for the ceremony, essential for all my global family that couldn't make it for the pandemic. They handled all the tech and sound and managed live duel camera angles. It was excellent, my family was thrilled. They also knew great spots around Vancouver for pre-ceremony shots. They were professional and efficient, I could relax and enjoy the day. Photos were great. All very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend.

  Amazing and Talented

  Lucho and Jana did such an amazing job! We weren’t able to have all of our guests at our wedding, but because of their video, everyone was able to watch it and enjoy. We had to change plans last minute, and they were very accommodating with all our requests. We were sceptical at first to hire a videographer, but we are so glad we did and would have regretted it if we didn’t. If there’s ever another event we need professionally filmed, we are absolutely contacting this company. Thanks again!

  Amazing and Professional service even during COVID

  Farawayland Weddings did such an amazing job with my elopement photos! I am so happy that I decided to get professional photos taken. Lucho did such a great job directing us into poses, capturing the right lighting and delivering the finished photos so quickly!
