  Captured Us

  Frances Beatty brings her heart to her work. She captured all of those little moments that hold so much of our story as a couple. I can't wait to work with her again.

  Better than we could ever have imagined

  Frances was so enthusiastic and up for anything. We had an outdoor ceremony in the rain. She showed up with a raincoat and a sense of fun, and felt like family from the moment we met her. She took the time to get to know us and what was important to us so that by the big day, every photo she took was absolutely stunning and better than we could have hoped for. I don't know how I am supposed to choose photos for an album because they're all pure art. I had to be convinced to hire a professional photographer because I hate having my photo taken but now I am trying to think of an excuse to work with her again!

  Frances was so enthusiastic and up for anything. We had an outdoor ceremony in the rain. She showed up with a raincoat and a sense of fun, and felt like family from the moment we met her. She took the time to get to know us and what was important to us so that by the big day, every photo she took was absolutely stunning and better than we could have hoped for.   Exceeded all expectation

  We had an amazing experience with Frances, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking. Frances allows you to just be you, and be in the moment together during photo sessions. She exceeded all expectation on every level. While waiting for our photos to be ready, she sent us little sneak peaks, to keep us on our toes. Frances is always there to help or respond to anything promptly. It was a pleasure to have Frances as our photographer.

  Our wedding would not have been the same without Frances!!

  Frances was such a dream to work with and was truly one of the best parts of our entire wedding- from the planning process until after the day was complete. Frances has such a way of working with clients that she feels more like a friend and was there for us in so many different ways before, after and the day of our wedding. We are so happy with the quality of the photos and France's creativity and eye for unique shots shines through them all. We have received so many compliments about our photos and would recommend Frances to anyone!

  Wildly in Love with Frances's Work & Personality

  Frances was an absolute treasure. We met her at two weddings where we were guests and fell in love with the candid shots she took us (even though we were just guests). Our friends could not recommend her more. Frances is thoughtful and a wonderful person to work with, it felt to comfortable to be around her. We took our engagement shots with her in Blue Mountain and she worked around the mud and fog to take absolutely STUNNING photos. Frances guided us through the entire process beautifully and offered advice on things that we hadn't even thought to consider. We relied heavily on her for advice. Her second photographer was also a lot of fun to work with and our bridal party & guests felt so comfortable with them that we were able to get really lovely natural and playful shots.

  A true pro at creating a wonderful experience AND taking photos :)

  Frances is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. She is a true pro when it comes to helping those of us who are camera-shy to feel totally comfortable! And the photos themselves are stunning of course; a tasteful variety of "normal" people shots as well as unexpectedly beautiful mood-setting shots. We can see the care in selection and editing that went into everything. The photos we received were a joy to peruse and we count them among our most prized possessions.

  Frances and her photos are a dream!

  What can I say to do Frances justice. She is a dream to work with - eternal optimism, genuine sweetheart, professional, accountable and she will follow your vision to a tee and bring it to fruition. She is incredibly talented, everyone that looks at our wedding photos comments on how beautiful they are and how they captured the day so perfectly (and we agree). We asked for documentary style photography - a lot of candids and not much in the way of posing - and our day is documented so perfectly. My favourite photo is one of our first dance and the photo's lighting and composition is so perfect because it is a visual representation of exactly how i felt in that moment. We hardly even noticed she was there and had no idea that she got shots of the moments that we didn't recognize she was capturing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and super talented photographer.

  Frances...my hero!

  From the first email I exchanged with Frances I knew she was amazing. She made the whole experience easy! Her attention to detail, her ease with the camera along with her amazing and quirky personality, we feel in love. She and her husband was extremely professional and the photos were stunning. I wish I could choose more stars because Frances deserves them. Highly recommend Frances for any of your events.

She made us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera, found wonderful spots to capture the type of pictures we wanted and remembered requests from our conversations even when we forgot. Frances and Joel captured moments that we wouldn't have otherwise remembered from our wedding. We love our photos and our friends do too.   Our choice to have Frances as our wedding photographer was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. She brought us so much peace during the days leading up to the wedding, and on the day of as we were not sure if we would be comfortable in photos. She not only makes you feel comfortable, but she truly becomes your best friend for the day and captures the most incredible photos I've ever seen. She is incredible, and I hope that everyone chooses her! I could not say enough good things about her
