In getting to know Pascale she quickly became someone we wanted to share our special day with. Pascale always remained very professional, but at the same time it felt as if we had a friend at our side.

Pascale’s photography work alone is enough reason to hire her, but if you are looking to have someone on your team who is an organization wizard then she’s your gal! Not only were our wedding photos breathtaking, but she really showed up for us in so many ways that were above and beyond what you would normally expect from a photographer.

My husband and I wanted to get someone who could connect with us and capture the nature and real moments of our wedding not just the set up shots. She was well organized, easily given direction, knew how to capture each precious moment but also the background in great detail. We worked with Pascale for engagement and wedding photos. From the beginning, she took the time to connect with us at a personal level. Although we were a bit awkward in front of the camera at first, Pascale's calm, cheerful, and spunky demeanour put us in good spirits and helped us relax into our engagement photo session. On our wedding day, Pascale was truly there for us - present, focused, and adaptive to the situation at hand. When I was in a pinch on a clothing decision and we were running behind schedule, Pascale quickly arrived at a perfect solution, which made me realize how being a wedding photographer is about so much more than photography skills. Best of all, we have beautiful photos to remember our day -- which capture beauty of the natural setting and most of all the people involved.

To sum up Gadbois Photography in a few words??… The best decision we ever made! Pascale is the most wonderful and talented photographer to deal with, and the quality of her work is outstanding.
We are a couple from the UK, and originally wanted to get married in Canada. We researched different photographers in the area and set up Skype meetings with them for a chat. They were pleasant enough, but we just didn’t ‘click’ with them (it’s so important to follow your gut, that never lies!)….. that was until we spoke with Pascale from Gadbois Photography! Within a few minutes of speaking with her, we knew she was ‘The One’! She was so warm and accommodating, and we felt our style and requirements were really listened too and respected. We made the decision to book our engagement shoot and wedding photography with her straight away as we felt she was the perfect fit for our wedding!
Some time later, due to personal reasons, we made the massive decision to change the location and the date of our wedding… we had decided on Antigua in the Caribbean on 21st November 2019 (what would have been my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary)! My partner and I were gutted at first, as we had such a connection with Pascale and didn’t want any other photographer in Antigua, so we came up with the crazy idea to bring her along with us so we could continue our journey together!
When we spoke with Pascale about this, her response was better than we could have hoped for! She was completely up for the challenge of travelling thousands of miles around the world to follow our love story, and nothing was too much trouble for her!
The logistics of bringing Pascale from Canada to the Caribbean, with us in the UK had it’s challenges with flights etc. but her communication and willingness to help at every step of the way was second to none. It may not have been the easiest decision for us to bring Pascale along… but the best things in life are never easy, right?! And she was certainly worth it!
From the moment Pascale arrived in sunny Antigua she made our wedding experience perfect. After hours of travelling, she still found time to warmly chat with us upon arrival and then prepared us for our engagement shoot the day before the wedding. We were SO NERVOUS about having our photo’s taken, we are not a couple that feels comfortable in front of a camera at all, but in no time, Pascale’s bubbly and friendly personality shone through and put us at ease, and we felt we were just having pictures taken by our friend. I would highly recommend an engagement shoot prior to your wedding if possible, as it really gives you chance to relax before the big day!
The day of the wedding was very emotional for me, as I had lost my mum 4 years prior and she was my world. She dreamed of the day I would settle down and walk down the aisle, and I very much felt she was watching over me that day. As a bride, there is nothing like having your mum with you getting ready the day of your wedding, but Pascale was my guardian angel that day. She was WAY MORE than a photographer!! Every little detail that she could help with she did, and she had the most calming presence that I can guarantee every bride needs on her wedding day! A funny fond memory was when she literally disappeared up my dress to sort out my undergarments and the many layers of my dress…. Above and beyond the call of duty, but just one of the reasons we loved her!
We opted for lots of candid shots, as we had a very small intimate ceremony and that felt just perfect for us.
Whether you have a large formal wedding, an elopement or anything in between… I can promise you Pascale adapts so naturally to any situation. Our wedding was made that bit more special having Pascale there to capture every special moment and we wouldn’t have changed anything for the world!
With Gadbois photography, you really don’t just get a photographer, you get an all-round wedding magician that seems to be everywhere and nowhere all at the same time! By that, I mean she is unobtrusive, and things flowed very naturally throughout the day.
When the wedding celebrations came to a close, and the time came for Pascale to leave the Island we were sad to say goodbye as she had become a good friend, and captured the most precious day of our lives in such a unique and heartfelt way. We will forever be grateful to her for her amazing work, kind heart and beautiful soul that made our wedding day so special.

We were worried about selecting a photographer without having any real face to face in person - doing everything via digital aids. We got married in such weird times, with the COVID pandemic and Pascale made us feel so comfortable and special on our day. Not only are the photos beautiful but she really captured us and our joy on that day.

We selected Pascale for our Whistler wedding in 2018 based on the way she was able to capture the essence of Whistler through her camera. When we got our wedding photos back they did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded our wildest dreams.
When the time came for us to have our first photo shoot with our newborn son, we knew we had to have Pascale. Whistler holds so many milestone memories in our lives and we wanted our son to know from an early age how special this place is to us. It was also important that we had someone capture those memories who understood us and what we were looking for on the day.
Pascale is like having your best friend come over and make the memories of your special day even more magical. She made it easy dealing with a four-month old and worked around what worked best for him. Even when we had a dog decide that she was going to be the main focus of the photo session, Pascale did what she does best and capture real life in a beautiful way. I could not be more pleased with the moments she captured and look forward to the next time she takes family photos for us.
