My husband and I had a wedding photography disaster from another vendor. Our wedding venue (Ancaster Mills, actually referred us to Gary), and when I reached out to Gary & Kim about a wedding re-shoot, Gary phoned me within 30 minutes!

He was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. He listened to me explain the whole situation and was incredibly accommodating with my request for a re-shoot (a bit unusual). He was completely transparent about his style, his pricing, process, and his scheduling.

Incredibly, Gary and Kim were able to do our re-shoot within a few weeks - working completely to our timing! They really went above and beyond for us!

The photo shoot was such a wonderful experience. Neither my husband or I are great at posing/taking pictures, but Gary and Kim walked us through the whole shoot. They gave us helpful queues. Kim was beyond amazing - she fixed my hair and dress for every new location/shoot, to ensure it was always looking its best (as It was hard for me to tell myself). Kim even carried my dress’ train as we walked from location to location so it didn’t get snagged or damaged (I did not even ask - she was just that kind and thoughtful!).

Even when my husband I and thought we had taken all the photos we had wanted, Gary and Kim kept suggesting more poses/locations, to ensure we really did have ALL the best pictures. It was so refreshing and so appreciated that we could trust their professionalism and expertise!

The photos turned out absolutely stunning! Words cannot express how truly happy and grateful we are for how beautiful they made us look! These pictures are now our treasured possesses and keepsakes (which is what we always wanted for our wedding pictures).

After the photoshoot, Kim was super helpful as she walked us through our online gallery and all the options to pick for our album pictures, sizes, and the print outs we wanted! Due to COVID, the viewing/ordering process was all online, but Kim made it so easy and transparent!

And, Kim met up with us at a time convenient for us, so we could pick up our prints by hand! The packaging was clearly done with such care and love! The boxes, bags, tissue paper, and ribbons were so luxurious I didn’t even want to open them. Most importantly, Everything was packaged securely. From the small prints, USB, to the large prints - all safely packed!

I would give Gary and Kim a trillion star review if I could. If you want the best photography team, look no further! Words cannot express how painless, easy, fun, and wonderful they made the ENTIRE process for us!
