AMAZING!!! is the best word i could use. Right from the beginning we knew that Dmitri and Olya were gonna make our wedding pictures and video incredible and that's exactly what happened. The service they provided us was truly amazing. They truly captured our sense of humor and love that we have for one another. Dmitri was quick with making sure we got our engagement photos and wedding photos as soon as possible. We just received our wedding video and it was truly amazing. I cried my eyes out watching it because it was so beautiful. They captured all the most important moments from our day. Even moments we didn't know they captured that meant the world to us. Our edits that are attached were beautiful and we cant wait to blow them up and put them all over our home. Their prices can not be beat. They are so talented and have been so great to us. Anything we asked or needed was done with no questions asked! They took the time to drive to us to bring us our photos and our portrait that they were able to print for us to have our guests sign at our ceremony for a great price! They met all of our expectations. Didn't have to worry about anything which is a great feeling when your planning a wedding. We look forward to working with them in the future!!!! I typically don't write negative reviews and don't like writing them but I feel like for this service I need to warn people what they are getting themselves into when dealing with Grape Vine Studio.

I had a wedding and needed a photographer and videographer and looking at the pictures and videos of http://www.grapevinestudio.ca/ I thought they would be the perfect choice. Their prices were reasonable compared to other photographers and videographers and there samples online looked great.

At the beginning it was going well. They were on time and we're pleasant to work with. And they took pictures as well as videos.

To get the photographs both unedited and edited it took 2.5 months which was long but I wasn't in any rush but for the videographery after 7 months I haven't receive it (I only received the unedited version after 7 months and that was after traveling all the way from Whitby to Acton ON to pick it up.) I have been following up with Dimitri and heard all sorts of excuses with fake deadlines when he will finish the work only to say afterwards his computer crashed or some other nonsense.

Here are a sample of his excuses mind you the wedding was done in middle of August 2021:

Hi, hope you and your family is doing good. Honestly I wasn't able to work much at all this month. My wife's parents and our many friends are in Ukraine right near the border, where war is, so we are trying to help them out, but it's not an easy situation.

Okay I understand the current situation over there but that doesn't excuse you from doing your job especially if something was assigned to you over 7 months ago. I'm done dealing with these people and will move on. But would like to warn others if they are going to work with them.
