  Best investment

  Unique, personal and professional. We can’t begin to explain how thoroughly impressed we were (and still are) with the high degree of quality and thoughtfulness that went into their service. Moreover, you just get the sense that you’ve known them for a long time. Thank you Steff and Justin!

  Steff and Justin were the perfect team to capture our big day. They were casual and personable, putting everyone at ease, while shooting the most professional and gorgeous shots along the way. Despite planning a destination wedding from Texas, the process was seamless. Hyperfocus was the only photography group we met with in Vancouver, and immediately we knew we were in good hands. This is a duo you definitely want to have at your wedding! They even customized a casual photo booth capturing action shots of all of our guests to serve as our guestbook -- priceless! I proudly have their photos hanging in my house today. They captured some of the most amazing architectural shots of Vancouver from Hotel Georgia and Bridges.

  We are SO happy with our photos from Hyperfocus! The day really does go by in a flash and it was so fun to be able to relive moments and see our big day through the eyes of our guests.
  
  We chose Justin and Steff over other photographers for a couple of reasons:- Their amazing portfolio of work. They have a beautiful mix of photojournalism style and are also happy to take a ton of more traditional/posed family photos for our parents and grandparents
  - Even before they were hired, they were quick to respond to calls & emails.
  - Justin laughed at all of my husband's goofy jokes and made us feel comfortable and relaxed in our consultation. We took this as a sign that we would be comfortable and relaxed during our photosession. And we were.
  - Working with a husband and wife team as we made the commitment to be husband and wife to one another was awesome.
  - Their quick turn around time. This one really cinched the deal for us. Other photographers we spoke to quoted us 3-6 months turnaround for all the wedding photos. Steff & Justin had our photos back to us within a month of the wedding. This is their full time job, not a hobby, and it absolutely showed.
  
  Steff & Justin chose a beautiful secluded spot on Granville Island and our first look was the most magical moment of the day. They captured all of the tenderness and emotion of this moment in the photos, and even looking at the photos brings tears to my eyes.
  
  During the getting ready, ceremony, speeches, and dancing, the Hyperfocus team grabbed some fantastic candids, and had such great energy. We had so many people compliment us on how nice our photographers were.
  
  Our wedding photos are true treasures. My husband's grandfather passed away about a month after our wedding and our photographs became even more priceless. We are so thankful to have such beautiful photographs of our friends and our family, capturing all of the love that we were blessed with as we said, 'I do.'

  Steff and Justin are not only amazingly skilled and talented photographers, they are wonderful people as well. We had a phenomenal time working with them and they made our engagement session fun and very special. It was easy and comfortable to work with them - their professionalism was implacable. They were there every step of the way (in the most non intrusive way possible), giving helpful advice and making suggestions. They truly captured all of the aspects we were hoping for and we couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out. This investment is timeless, and we are grateful for the amazing photos we have! We are definitely going to connect with them again!

  Working with Steff and Justin for our wedding and engagement photos was a super easy, very fun, and rewarding process. They were easy to work with through the lead up, always there to answer our questions and provide advice, and then blend in to help make our special times flow seamlessly. They captured so many moments that stood out to us at the time, and have given us a wonderful lifetime keepsake. I would certainly recommend you meet with them if you're looking for someone to capture a special event in your life.

  Justin & Steff do wonderful work. Their portraits are excellent, but their candid shots are what sold me on them. They capture the best moments without you even noticing that they're there! Our wedding pictures are beautiful reminders of a gloriously happy day, but they're also treasured memories of the family members we have lost since then. Thanks, Steff & Justin!

They offered so many suggestions and advice. We felt so comfortable with them. We order canvas prints from our engagement shoot and everyone who enters our home stops to look at them and gushes. This investment will be worth every penny.

They captured the love and joy of the day so perfectly I can remember all the details of our day through their lenses. they undoubtedly spent countless hours editing and putting together a truly magical video slide show for us and our coffee table book is looked at with such fondness and happiness with our now 3 and a half year old daughter. Can't thank them enough, even all these years later, our wedding day and the memories they captured for us could not have been better.
