Highly Recommend!

Images International provided wonderful service on the day of my daughters Baptism, we highly recommend them! Leading up to her special day they were very accommodating and responsive, which was extremely helpful! Our photographer Maria captured every moment from that day, not a single moment was missed. Our photos are stunning and we will cherish them for a lifetime! We most definitely will be using them to capture our special events in the future!

My wedding photoshoot

I had a great experience and a great photos so happy with the service provided by images international. The photographer Maria is so professional, kind, and very responsible.
Emily help me a lot of in a such short time that means alot of to me. I highly recommend anyone whose looking for a great experience and most importantly a great service and price.

Great experience from start to finish!

Everything was so well organized from start to finish with Images International. The office was very prompt during the planning process and answering all our questions. The day of was so smooth - our photographer Tom was so energetic and took as many photos as possible which was great when it came to picking out our album. We were so happy we chose to Images International they made the planning process very easy!

Superb Service

We knew we want to use Images Int. for our photos as soon as we met with Emily. The packages were easy to understand and within our budget. Our photographer Mario was awesome. He was extremely patient with us at our engagement shoot and he made it enjoyable so our hour flew by quickly. We had such a great time that we asked Emily to schedule him for our wedding day. Our guest noticed how extremely attentive he was to us and at our reception Mario was never far from me whenever I wanted to take an impromptu photo with a guest. Our photos are amazing and we are truly grateful for having the Images team capturing our day.

My husband and I were thrilled with the photography services offered for our wedding in July. Our photographer (Mario) was fabulous, went out of his way to make every little detail perfect for our special day. All photos we wanted were captured including decor/detail shots, family and candids. I can not recommend Images international enough, not only were they well priced and flexible to our needs but the services provided were outstanding and Emily was a pleasure thanks deal with. A perfect experience!

From the moment he arrived until he left he was disgusting to work with. As a client when you express what you would like out of your photos you would expect that a "professional" could take that direction and be creative with it. I didn't want your typical posed photos, and requested something more modern and fun and got absolutely nothing of what I asked for. We held our ceremony at Black Creek Pioneer Village and the possibility of creativity is endless but was very limited with him. Not to mention he wasn't dressed appropriately at all and we had a lot of people comment about his body odour. At our reception we found that he was sitting for very long periods of time as well. We did have another photographer and a videographer and he was beyond rude to them throughout the entire day. His behaviour was embarrassing to say the least. Our wedding video was supposed to be a 20min short film, although they were only able to provide just under 3 minutes as Mark (the photographer) purposely was cutting through their shots the entire day. I have cried countless times over this whole situation. I don't have the pictures I wanted, and the video is ruined. Don't get me wrong the guys did an amazing job with the parts they could use.

I was given two discs in total over 1000 pictures and I don't like any of them. I would never recommend this company due to the experience I had with who they provided. I must have mentioned to him several times after the ceremony that I didn't want to keep posing for these photos as it wasn't the style I wanted. I even had to at one point give partial directions to the bridal party. It should NEVER fall on the bride to be giving direction during photos. The MOH even had her phone in her hands for some of the pictures, and you think as a photographer you would pay attention to these details and say something. I wasn't aware of her with her phone until I received the photos. Even writing this and being reminded of how stressful he made the day is making me cry. I would NEVER as a business owner contract out work to someone like this. The only thing I was offered in compensation was to have 50 pictures printed for me to fill my album. It doesn't compensate my loss whatsoever. Just beware when hiring them, ask to see the photographers portfolio or something. Avoid Mark, you won't be happy, you won't get what you want. He operates as if he has his own checklist of photos to take and that's all he cares about. The experience was not one that is about the customer at all. He absolutely ruined the memories we should have been able to share through these photos and the video.

This was the most pleasant experience we had among all our vendors, thanks to Emily and her creativity and incredible ideas!

We are more than pleased with all our engagement and wedding pictures, and would most definitely refer this company to all of our friends and family.

Very professional. Great service. Amazing quality. Reasonable prices. Received our proofs, prints, and albums in such a timely matter it was amazing! Our photographer was fun, unique and made us feel completly comfortable! Owner Emily is amazing! She will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. So glad we had images to capture the memories of our amazing wedding day.

From start to finish Images International took care of all of our photography requests! They were able to set me up with a videographer with my package and I received everything I wanted. They were responsive when I sent an e-mail and accommodating for any and all requests I had.

We were on a tight budget for our wedding, and Emily was able to customize our package to our budget without making me feel like I wasn't getting everything I wanted.

Images international will be my photographer of choice going forward for any special event I have!

Emily had several photographers working for her......she gives the couple a photographer who she feels would suit the couple's personalities. She did an excellent job there! Tom took our Engagement and wedding photos......he made us feel so comfortable, was great with the family......the poses suited who we are, so we had lots of fun! The engagement photos and wedding photos were ready within two weeks of the sessions....and we are soo happy with how they turned out! nothing cheesy, very classy......It shows that Emily and the photographer communicated and worked together to make the "story in the photos" suit who we are. Never did we feel pressured into buying frames or "extras" ......we were clearly shown what were our options if we wanted to go ahead with such purchases but WITHOUT PRESSURE (we all know that those in the wedding industry thrive on the couple's vulnerabilities). Images International is like a friend accompanying you throughout your experience. Their kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten......
