  Incredible shots, and so much fun to work with!

  Jalen is simply wonderful at what she does. She is efficient, professional, the photos (even the posed ones) look so natural, and she captures the most incredible candid moments. Jalen is also an absolute joy to have around, she puts everyone at ease. Highly recommend for your wedding, or anything else you want beautifully and artfully captured!

  An absolute joy

  Jalen was amazing. I often get uncomfortable having my photo taken, but Jalen put me and everyone else at ease all day. The photos she took are so beautiful. I love them. She captured the joy of the day perfectly. Highly recommend.

  lovely, personable photographer with beautiful work!

  We were so glad to have Jalen as our wedding photographer. My husband, who doesn't like having his picture taken, said "She's the perfect photographer for people who don't like having their picture taken!" Jalen was efficient and organized in our planning meeting. She had great ideas and kept the ball rolling during our session, working flexibly with rainy weather. She interacted well with our families and wedding party, even capturing the attention of my baby niece. And we were so happy with our photos, in which Jalen beautifully captured our wedding day with lovely posed photos and candids of us and all our favourite people. We highly recommend her work!

  Amazing photographer

  We really enjoyed Jalen as our wedding photographer. She was able to customize her services to fit our small Christmas wedding and provide us exactly what we were looking for. She exceeded our expectations and provided us with beautiful photos and memories to look back on from our special day. During our wedding day, she was adaptable and she managed our families and friends (and us) with a smile, to make sure we would get the pictures we wanted. We unexpectedly received a few photos within a day (so exciting!) and our complete order within a month. We could not be happier with her unique photography style and her professional approach. We plan to hire her for other life events and would recommend her heartily as a wedding photographer.

  Better than I dreamed

  Jalen went above and beyond in every way. She travelled to my destination wedding, shot for hours in the SNOW, and was encouraging, funny, and a beacon of calm through the entire experience. She relaxed our jitters at being photographed and when we saw the finished product we couldn’t believe the photos. They truly took our breath away and we are so grateful she was our photographer.

  Talented and personable wedding photographer

  Hiring Jalen as our photographer was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. She had lots of great ideas for creative shots and made my husband and I, as well as our family and friends, feel comfortable in front of the camera . Our pictures are stunning and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you Jalen!

  Jalen was the perfect photographer for our wedding. She made everyone feel at ease and captured our special moments in the most incredible way. She had wonderful ideas of places to take photos and knew just how to pose us. Everything was super natural and she really captured our unique relationship. Our photos really feel like "us" and didn't feel staged at all. We had a ton of fun with her and it was a real pleasure having her be a part of our special day. Thanks for everything Jalen!

  So Much Fun!

  We're not a very lovey, dovey couple, and Jalen was so caring and sensitive to that. On our wedding day, we had so much fun with Jalen & Matt that at times, we forgot we were being photographed and just learned how to laugh and enjoy the day. Jalen helped out so much with little things, too, like holding my dress up, gathering things up for me, etc. and the little things like that was so thoughtful. In addition, Jalen was extremely quick in giving us some photos right away, which helped us to revel in the day just a bit longer. Thanks, Jalen & Matt!

  2018 Wedding

  Jalen photographed my wife and i’s Wedding last year, and did a very good job overall. She paid extra attention to all of our requests, put in the work ahead of time to ensure the day went smoothly for all parties. 10/10 would recommend.
