Joy in Motion Photography, led by Jasmin, offers a fun and joyous experience while capturing your big day and special memories. Jasmin founded the company in 2012 with the goal of providing mothers with beautiful images of their pregnancies and newborns. The company expanded into many other photography ventures, including weddings. Jasmin shoots in a variety of styles, such as contemporary, photojournalism, portraiture, and traditional.

Experience

Jasmin majored in Painting and minored in Photography at the University of Ottawa. She has exhibited around the world in Taiwan, Vancouver, Montreal, and London. She also has some education in Photoshop and AfterEffects, leading Jasmin to creating promotional videos and editing and restoring old photos from the Notman archives at the McCord Museum in Montreal.

Services offered

A consultation is offered to discuss your preferences and plan out how to depict your love story. Jasmin covers one event per day and offers a second shooter and additional hours. She is available to shoot at multiple locations. Trash the Dress and engagement shoots are offered. You will receive high-res digital files. Also offered are custom graphics, hand-coloring, slideshows, toning, albums, canvas, flush mount, matted prints, prints, and proofs. Save the Dates and thank you cards are available as well.
