  Kris was extremely professional with a nice personal touch. He captured some amazing shots and couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Kris for anyone looking to do their engagement or wedding photography. He has a great eye and you won't be disappointed.

  Our experience working with Kris was nothing short of fantastic. During our first meeting, we knew our photos would be in great hands! He is very laid back and was open to our ideas about how we wanted to capture our day. We knew we did not want tons of posed pictures, and wanted a more candid collection of wedding photos. Kris was in complete agreement and did not try to change our minds. The photos he captured on our wedding day were beautiful. It rained the entire day, but he was a trooper and did not let the weather impact how many shots we got to take on the grounds of the golf course. The photos turned out great, and you can't even tell it was raining! Our wedding party and families thought he was great as well. I would highly recommend using Kris as your wedding photographer!

  Kris was our photographer for our wedding. Due to a family menber's poor health we had to move up our wedding and plan it within 5 weeks. Kris switched his schedule in order to accommodate our wedding date. He showed up at our apartment at 2 pm the day of the wedding and continued with us to the venue until 11:30 pm. He was nothing short of amazing with our family and friends; finding the perfect time to capture our memories. He was very amiable and organized. He instantly put us all at ease. We are so pleased with the quality of his work!!!

  I would recommend Kris to my friends and family for his professionalism, creativity and that quick Witt in capturing that very unique pose at that very moment in a quick flash! I Iike his unique style. Great job Kris!

  Kris Groulx was a superb choice to preserve our wedding memories as he possesses an eye for composition and a fantastic instinct for timing. Initially, we found the number of options to be overwhelming, so we narrowed it down to a short list and asked a photographer friend for his input. He provided us with the best advice that anyone could give us:
  
  “You two are so much about your family and your friends. The other photographers are all about set up shots and posed stuff – that's what they show off. I find their people photos flat. Kris gets the fact that he shoots EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at the wedding. Ten years from now you are going to be more thrilled sitting and looking at photos of all your family and friends having a great time than posed photos in different places or pieces of your body cropped down.”
  
  Kris was professional and responded quickly to our inquiries, took the time to research the wedding venue, got to know us through a couple of lengthy phone conferences, and was flexible in accommodating our requests. Instead of providing an ‘engagement’ session, he came to shoot candids at a pre-wedding gathering that enabled him to get to know us and our guests. Another thing we liked about Kris was that his website showcased a variety of couples, including a same-sex couple, which was refreshing to us as a gay male couple.
  
  Kris’s affable personality and easy-going demeanour helped us to relax as he documented the pre-wedding preparations. During the wedding ceremony and reception, Kris and his assistant were unobtrusive (if not downright stealthy), and we were delighted with the range of shots they captured. Shortly after the wedding, Kris provided us with an online ‘teaser’ with a few initial shots to share, and he subsequently provided us with a flash drive in a lovely wooden box. He offered a variety of options for the final wedding album, and the finished product was a spectacular leather-bound album that we are proud to show off.

  Kris was absolutely amazing. He did our engagement shoot and wedding photography. He is very easy going and will make you feel completely comfortable and is also very funny. He put so much effort into all the details and meeting our needs. We got our first sneak peak of our pictures about 1 week after the wedding and a couple of weeks later we got all of the pictures on a USB in a beautiful little wooden box with one of our pictures printed on it. He went above and beyond by being at our wedding until almost the very end. He is a truly genuine man who captured all of our special moments perfectly. His pricing is also WAY more realistic than other photographers. We strongly recommend Kris to everyone who is looking for a photographer.

  Kris was very polite to all of my guests and was very personable. Always professional and ready and willing to do what ever it took to get the shot. No need to ask him, he's already doing it or has taken the picture.

  Kris is a really personable guy and he is pretty passionate about his photography. We were really pleased with the variety of scenes that he shot and how he was creative in setting up and then editing for the final result. We did a lot of outdoor shots in the Toronto downtown core. We found some really interesting backdrops to take our pictures and were thrilled with the result. Kris was fun to wander the city with and he was really good at 'catching a moment' or seeing an opportunity for a unique shot that had a reflection or other element to make the shot good. Overall we were/are totally pleased with the work that Kris did for our wedding and we would definitely recommend Kris for any event that you need a photographer.

  Kris took beautiful photos of our wedding. He was really able to capture the feeling of the wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure we got all of the specific shots we requested. Kris found opportunities throughout the wedding to get some really amazing photos of the wedding party and the guests. We will cherish the photos forever, thanks Kris!
