  What can I say except WOW! These guys are top notch and truly amazing. I am so very glad their add popped up on my Facebook feed last year after I got engaged. After our first initial meeting with Vivian it was clear hiring them was an obvious choice. Let me tell you they do not disappoint! We recently got back our engagement photos and they are beyond amazing! Working with Vivian was so much fun and she definitely knows her stuff. I cannot wait for our wedding and the spectacular photos that will be coming. You will not be disappointed hiring these guys!!

  Vivian is a very talented photographer! She made us feel really comfortable and managed to take a few beautiful photos of my fiance and myself along with our two (uncooperative) dogs. I would highly recommend her!

  As we began planning our wedding, we spent countless nights and weekends trying to find the perfect photographer - someone we could trust with the huge responsibility of documenting our special day. How incredibly lucky we were to find Vivian! She expertly captured our entire wedding with tons of candid emotional moments along with some terrific posed shots.
  
  We selected her mainly because of the creativity we saw in her online portfolio. The quality and style of her images were uniquely beautiful and definitely stood out from the many other photographers we considered. She found the perfect spots at our venue (Cecil Green Park House) and skillfully used lighting to transform ordinary photos into art.
  
  Vivian is a true professional with a great eye for locations and an instinct for composing incredible shots. She is warm, genuine and just an all-around terrific person to work with! It didn’t take her long to have us feeling relaxed and comfortable. When you work with her, be prepared for her to surprise you with her creativity. Both our engagement photos and wedding photos captured memories that we will absolutely cherish for a lifetime.

  She shows no ethics and reliability in doing business.
  We held the date for the venue and the photographer by email to make sure everyone and everything were coordinated before signing the contracts. We signed the contract with the venue, and then asked the Lifetime Captures to send us the contract to sign. Surprisingly they told us that they are booked, and totally neglected our verbal and email agreement. If you want professional work, stay away!
  In such occasion, if the promisors intend to sign the contract with somebody else, they notify the promisee and give them a deadline to decide.
  Lastly, we worked with them before and to be honest they started their business with good care, but after gaining some reputation and clients, it seems they are losing motivation and forget about customer service.

  Lifetime Captures Photography's reply:

  I’m really sorry you feel this way and that your expectations didn’t live up to what you were hoping for. It sounded like we declined you which is not the case!
  
  Before we booked the other couple I sent you an email saying we have another inquiry for the same date and that I can send you the contract if you’d like to go ahead and reserve the date. In a previous email (February 20th, 2017) I had also informed you that we require a 50% deposit to hold your date. Still, you didn’t take those opportunities to book Brian and me.
  
  Instead there were some repeated attempts to negotiate pricing with us so we decided to come up with a better solution for all of us. When you finally decided to book us and wanted the contract I offered you a solution and have our associate photographer shoot your wedding. While Brian and I are not available to shoot every single wedding together, we have selected associate photographers that work for us without sacrificing the quality of our work. Editing still remains in our hands.
  
  While you might think we show no ethics in doing business I believe I tried to accommodate you as best as possible. Unfortunately we as wedding photographers only have a few months in a year to find work and secure a wedding to make ends meet. We wish you best of luck finding photographers that you will be happy with! If you need assistance finding a photographer, I am happy to help you.

  Vivian and Brian were amazing!!! They were very responsive and made time to meet in person and on Skype when we were out of town. They really helped us set a schedule for our big day and came up with great locations for our wedding photo shoots. On our wedding, they were prompt, excited and brought their positive vibes and creativity for the whole days. We have received a few pictures as "sneak peaks" and they are amazing!! We would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Vivian and Brian!!! We are so grateful to you two!!

  Vivian and Brian really made us comfortable during our engagement shoot as well as wedding photo session. My wife and I don't usually enjoy being photographed but Vivian and Brian really made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. Their manner during the shoots was relaxed and positive. All followup interactions were professional, warm, and positive. They are great! We're so happy with the pictures and for their work in capturing our memories. Our family will be enjoying the pictures for years to come.
