Hey I'm Liv, owner of Liv Hettinga Photography. I specialize in photographing and planning adventure elopements and small weddings. I love to work with brides who are adventurous, wild, quirky, & unique. Who aren't afraid to get their feet a little dirty and who want to break tradition.

I believe everyone has a unique story and their wedding photos should reflect that. I love adventuring with my couples and will climb to the top of a mountain, canoe across a lake, take a heli somewhere epic, and much more to capture their unique and playful love. I care deeply about all my couples and value getting to know you and your story before there's ever a camera in my hand!

My mission is to bring out the gold in people. I do this by creating a safe and welcoming place for my couples to be themselves and feel connected to each other. I give constant support to my couples and guide them in creating a fun, stress-free wedding day experience. Your wedding should be unique to your story and celebrated with those closest to you (whether that be just your fiancé, your immediate family, or a few close friends).

I am a certified "Leave No Trace Aware Photographer" and care deeply about keeping the earth beautiful and clean. A strong part of why I own my own business is so that I can give back to those who don't have as much, 10% of all my bookings are donated to missionaries and organizations working together to end poverty (such as YWAM, or Food for the Hungry).
