Lori was amazing. Having her as our photographer made our whole wedding better. She made us all feel very comfortable and ensured we enjoyed our day as she took very beautiful, natural photos. She got to know us and brought out the best in both of us and our bridal party. She was committed and organized through the whole process, starting with the planning, and continuing even after with our beautiful album--not to mention, the photos were spectacular. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lori throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. She made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera, providing direction when needed to make sure we got the right shots. Lori was very helpful in providing suggestions for locations for our wedding photos as well as other vendors, such as florists, hair and makeup stylists, etc. Lori and her assistant were very organized and made sure that we got all of the important shots that we wanted. They were easy going and had a lot of positive energy to contribute to our wedding day. They were creative and offered us a variety of both traditional and more unique shots and all of them turned out beautifully!

I can't say enough about Lori. From the moment my husband & I met her, we loved her. She listened to what we wanted and was an integral part of making our vision come to life. She was excellent at making us feel comfortable in front of the lens and because of that comfort level, our engagement and wedding photos all turned out amazing. Leading up to the wedding, she was always available by email or phone and was very quick to respond (which you desperately need when you're the bride!) She met with us before the wedding to review photo locations and make suggestions for back up plans in case of inclement weather and all of this planning really helped make sure our wedding day went smoothly. Our wedding album is also absolutely beautiful and we were so excited when we received it. I would HIGHLY recommend Lori to any brides looking for a talented and personable photographer. Choosing the right wedding photographer was the most important decision for me to make when planning my wedding. From the initial consultation, Lori was so genuine and professional. She took the time to talk to me in detail about our style and what we were hoping to capture on our wedding day. She also wanted to learn more about my fiance and I, how we met, our dynamic etc. so that she could truly capture who we are in our wedding photos.

Lori recommended doing an Engagement Session to start to feel comfortable behind the camera, and she was so excited the whole day about our pictures. Her energy was contagious. We trusted her completely, and took her lead, and her creative and artistic talents really blew us away. Our favourite pictures by far are the candid ones she took without us even realizing.

Lori also took the time to help us decide on the best location for our wedding pictures. She also took the time to help us select the best photos (out of thousands) for our engagement book and our wedding photos. She really went above and beyond, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.

On our wedding day, Lori was completely professional and was so sweet to all my family, especially my mother. She captured some of the most amazing pictures and we will cherish them forever. I have received numerous compliments on our wedding pictures and I'm so happy with our decision to hire Lori from Lori Studios for our wedding photography. Not only is she an amazing photographer, she is a very sweet and lovely person to work with.

Lori is a talented and artistic photographer, as well as a kind and thoughtful person. Lori has a talent for capturing light and utilizing artistic details in the environment to enhance the look of the subject in every shot. She also has an eye for the overall composition of each picture, so that the framing and surrounding details are equally beautiful and compliment the subjects of focus. Additionally, her calm and warm presence really helped my husband and I to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I was blown away with how she always seemed to capture our most faltering angles! She even noticed small details, like bouquet placement, a wisp of hair out of place, and ensuring that my dress was draped in a flattering way. These are details I would have never thought about in the moment, but really made a huge difference in the quality of our pictures.
In addition to ensuring that the entire wedding party looked natural and flattering in our posed pictures, she also managed capture numerous spntaneouse shots, artistic decor/venue details, and moments of family and friends enjoying themselves. It's a very special feeling when you look back at the photographs from your wedding day and you can relive and feel the experience once again. It takes a very unique photographer to capture someones special moments in this way, and Lori is definitely one of those rare talents! We highly recommend her to any couple seeking a truly exceptional photographer!

I can't say enough good things about Lori and our experience with her! She was truly wonderful to work with and we couldn't be more thrilled about our photos. She took our engagement photos in October 2015 and went out of our way to schedule us on very short notice so that we could get our photos take before the leaves fell off the trees. She was sweet, accommodating, thoughtful, and very professional. I had some concerns about specific angles and areas and she was sensitive and took them into account when she framed the shots. She allowed me to make suggestions about some of shots I wanted and they turned out great! She finished editing the photos earlier than we expected, specifically because she knew how excited we were to see them. Of all the wedding vendors I've worked with and heard about, our experience with her has been the best by far. I can't recommend her enough.
