Maranda is simply AMAZING! She blew us away with our engagement shoot and held up at the wedding. She’s friendly, professional and does a great job at making the day flow. Her photos are beautiful and she was such an easy, fun person to work with. Her photos are stunning and communication throughout the entire planning was beyond! HIGHLY recommend her for you event !!

As a photographer myself, it was very difficult finding someone I felt I could trust photographing my wedding day. Let me just say, there are not enough words to describe how amazing Maranda was to work with! From the first skype call we had I knew I loved her and that she was definitely the one we wanted for our wedding day. We did our engagement shoot with her and my now husband said he loved her and "She really knows what she's doing!". I'm so glad Maranda was the one photographing our special day, she's super fun and easy to work with and she gets along with everyone. Most of all, she captures the most beautiful and timeless photographs!

There is so much to consider when planning a wedding. Trying to choose a photographer was overwhelming. There are so many out there and they are all relatively priced the same. My husband and I had a list of potentials and it came down to 'just pick one'. Boy are we forever grateful that we chose Maranda. I can't imagine what our day would have been like without her! We weren't going to do engagement photos, but we did anyways. It was a great chance for Maranda to get to know us, and for us to see how she worked. Maranda was ecstatic that we chose to do our photoshoot in a fire station! She told us the convenience of doing first reveal before the wedding. In a very, very dry summer, our wedding day was the day we finally got rain... We weren't able to do some pictures we were hoping, but she was able to think on her toes and just go with it! We still got amazing photos. An important aspect is she empathizes with you. She is very personable. I think we made her cry 3 or 4 times! Our wedding was very emotional due to a few circumstances and she made sure she captured the emotion. I look at the photos and still feel the emotion. I could go on and on about Maranda and how purely amazing she is, but you need to find out for yourself. She can take control of a crowd of people, and she notices the small things (things you wouldn't want in a photo!) She is a great photographer, and a great person. I will recommend her to anyone who asks for a photographer recommendation. Thanks again Maranda!

Maranda is the best of the best! When you hire her, she starts off as your photographer, and becomes your friend. My now husband and I were so nervous when we planned our engagement photos, and Maranda was able to take all of those nerves away and make it such a fun day. I worked with Maranda for my engagement, my small "covid" legal wedding, and my bigger celebration wedding. She was so much fun to work with, but is incredibly professional and efficient. I never felt we were rushed, and the photos were beautiful every time. I will absolutely be hiring Maranda again in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

Where do I begin?! My husband and I met with 6 photographers before Maranda, and let’s just say within 10 minutes of talking I was internally squealing “shes’s The one!!” Our first impression, Maranda was so warm, and so full of energy and life, I felt as if I have known her forever! She is the type of person you immediately want to be best friends with. She showed us her portfolio and I was SOLD.
For our engagement photos Maranda picked the location and it was breathtaking ( Esplanade downtown Toronto). My husband can be a little shy and I myself have never been professionally photographered so I was nervous but wow, Maranda made us feel as if we were supermodels! The photos came out amazing and we got so many compliments on them.
On our wedding day, Maranda was a rockstar. I had a large bridal party (8 girls) and a very large family. Maranda had everyone on time, and organized. She really is like a photographer/ planner in one! She was such a god sent. The photos were stunning, I cried, laughed, and probably looked at them a hundred times since. She has a huge talent for capturing the true emotion and love you feel during the day. Our families and friends were blown away by the photos and could not stop raving about her ( neither can I). Maranda thank you for truly making our day one we can never forget!

One word for Maranda - AMAZING. I can’t imagine having had anyone different take our wedding photos. Maranda is hilarious and makes you feel completely at ease. My hubby isn’t big on taking pictures, but Maranda got him to smile and laugh every time. Beautiful photos. Maranda is so talented, highly recommend.

Maranda is the absolute best, hands down. We LOVED working with her. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Maranda and her stunning photos. She takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. Her professionalism, knowledge, skills, energy and kindness are absolutely unmatched. Maranda was such an incredible photographer. She really took the time to get to know David and I and what we wanted for our wedding photos. We first did an engagement shoot with her (where she took amazing photos), but it helped both David and I get comfortable having Maranda photograph us. For our wedding, which was during an ice storm, Maranda still went out of her way to make sure that we got the outdoor photos that we really wanted. She also took the time to get to know the members of the wedding party. She was so friendly and accommodating by letting us take photos that were not originally part of the schedule. She also was able to take direction when David and I did not know what we should do next. I would 150% recommend Maranda!

About 5 years ago I was scrolling through facebook when a photo of a high school friend popped up. She had recently gotten married and the photo was one taken by Maranda. I instantly clicked on her page and scrolled for quite sometime. I knew in that moment I would hire her for my wedding one day. Every picture she took told a story, every expression was full of one type of emotion or another. Every photo made me feel like I was there. When my husband and I finally got engaged she was the first person I contacted. We met her for coffee and tea and the rest is history. Maranda has a contagious personality, she makes everyone feel comfortable and its clear to everyone that she is doing exactly what she is meant to be doing. Our wedding day was in a word perfect and I definitely couldn't have pulled it off without her. For the family and bridal party photos she was in complete control. She got done what needed to be done, in the time it needed to be done flawlessly all the while keeping everyone happy, organized and at ease. I have seen some of the photos she took and I am in awe. She captured my perfect day perfectly and I hope you pick her to do the same for you!
