  We love Mathias! From the moment we met him to the last shot he took at our wedding, he was exactly the guy we wanted to document our big day, we were so lucky to have him. Mathias is genuine, professional, accommodating, and just a super awesome person to be around with. He is a story teller, our engagement and wedding photos were perfection; looking through them bring us right back to those moments. If you are looking for a photographer with a big heart and is as excited for your big day as yourselves, hire Mathias!
  
  ps, we rented a photo booth from him which was A LOT OF FUN! Our guests loved it and Mathias was always around to help out. Totally worth it!

  We hired Mathias to photograph our special day and were blown away with the end result! The photos were unbelievable - truly works of art capturing each moment beautifully. Our vision was to have photos which uniquely told the story of how our wedding day unfolded and Mathias completely delivered on this! He's not only a very talented photographer but also a great guy - personable, professional and an overall just a pleasure to work with.
  
  We would highly recommend him to any couple looking for a wedding photographer. You will not be disappointed!

  Hiring Mathias to capture our engagement and wedding photos was one of the best decisions we made! He captured so many beautiful moments, both candid and artistic. We were so impressed with his professionalism and passion for not only his work but for life (when we first booked him he and his wife were opening an orphanage in Tanzania - how amazing is that?!). During our photo shoots we were both nervous that we would look 'awkward' and 'forced' but Mathias made us feel totally comfortable and relaxed. I think his work speaks for itself and we couldn't have been happier with the prints we received. We highly recommend Mathias to anybody who is looking for an amazing photographer!

  We were so lucky to have been able to snag Mathias as our wedding photographer. Without question, he was our favourite person to work with throughout our wedding; his sheer skill and infectious personality was evident from the moment we met. Our engagement session was equal parts fun, emotional, and well-executed, and our wedding was much of the same, and then some. Even if you aren't a natural in front of the camera, he is brilliant at capturing all those candid moments, and is a pure genius at capturing the right kind of light. You will not be disappointed!

  When planning my wedding photography was a top priority to me. These photos are what would keep the memory of my wedding day alive forever. I spent countless hours looking at photographers websites, reading reviews, interviewing different photographers and finally after doing my due diligence I decided to go with Mathias Fast. The sole reason that sealed the deal and why I chose Mathias was he was able to capture emotion better than any other photographer. He was my real life pintrest perfect photographer. The photos I received capturing the laughter, the look in my now husband's eyes when I came down the aisle, the expression on my dad's face the first time he saw me in my dress, etc. Those are moments I now have captured to cherish forever. I personally feel he under charges for the service and quality he provides. I wasn't limited to a number of hours, my hours were unlimited & there was no preset limitation on the number of photos I would receive. He was great at getting back to me with my endless questions, met with me before hand to go over a schedule for the day and provided a document to go over exactly what my expectations were so everything and everyone I wanted to capture was. He was on time and came prepared. It is with out any reservations that I HIGHLY recommend Mathias Fast. I have received so many compliments on my wedding photos and looking back could not have made a better decision. Thank you Mathias!

  Mathias was kind enough to bring my now Fiancé's dream to life by photographing my proposal. My then girlfriend had dreamed of capturing the moment of her proposal and in the weeks leading up to the big day Mathias was incredibly accommodating when I inundated him with example shots and details of how I had envisaged the photos looking. For the big moment, he hid away under a nearby bridge and took snaps as if he was never there, and when we were done he emerged and then continued to capture the aftermath for some natural and posed pictures of the two of us together. Mathias made us feel so at ease and no at all awkward while he was shooting. We were free to enjoy the moment whilst he captured such natural shots that we will treasure forever. We were even able to have a laugh and a joke with him - a great guy who we are honoured to have shared our life changing moment with. He even helped our proposal planner set up the lighting beforehand (which I had no idea about) when wind was causing some serious problems. He truly went above and beyond.
  
  After the proposal, Mathias promised a few pictures ASAP so we could share with family and he delivered. At 3am in the morning we received a selection of pictures that made my fiancé cry again... We really appreciated the time he took and him sending them through so soon. Within a few more days the other 200 pictures were in our inbox.
  
  I wouldn't have swapped Mathias for anyone and would highly recommend. Hopefully one day we will be able to reunite for him to share our wedding with us.

  Mathias has a great eye and captured our wedding day beautifully! He provides all day coverage which was great because it allowed us to document every moment on our special day.. from getting my make up done to the last dance of the night! We also rented a photobooth from Mathias and it was the highlight of the reception! Everyone involved in my wedding thought Mathias was really easy to be around and made everyone feel comfortable instantly. You can tell he's passionate about wedding photography by the way our photos turned out! They are stunning! I would highly recommend Mathias Fast Photography to any bride-to-be!

  My husband and I were absolutely comfortable with the photographer. We now have a great memory of our big day, all the way from the getting ready pictures to the end of our wedding reception!   We were so happy we chose Mathias as our photographer. He is so laidback and easy to deal with, which fit perfectly with the fun, relaxed vibe we wanted for our wedding. He was professional and unobtrusive, yet never missed a moment. He made our photo sessions a delight and we LOVE how the pictures turned out. 100% recommended!
