  Excellent Wedding Photographer

  Melanie Taylor Photo was our wedding photographer, and we are so happy with the results. We only received our sneak peeks, but from what we see so far, everything we wanted was captured: the winery vibe and romantic feeling.

  Romantic Engagement photoshoot

  Melanie took her time to make my vision come true. It was our first professional photoshoot and she communicated clearly to get the perfect shot! We felt so comfortable and a lot of fun.

  Effortless

  After our first meeting with Melanie, we knew she was the right fit for our wedding. She made us feel at ease about everything, and even though we didn't have many details sorted out, she did not make us feel stressed or any pressure. She is professional, personable, considerate, and an extremely hard worker and we can't imagine our wedding day without her.

  Melanie is a true ARTIST!!

  If you’re considering booking Melanie, DO IT! She is a true artist!!! She was recommended to us by a friend who had family photos taken by her, and we had the most amazing engagement shoot experience with her. We had never taken professional photos before and were totally camera shy, but you would never know it from her photos! She made us feel so comfortable and her talent is just incredible! She sent us sneak peeks and they instantly made me tear up, I can only imagine how incredible the rest of the gallery will be. She truly captured our love, I could cry just thinking about it!! Melanie completely exceeded my expectations for our photos, and if we weren’t having a destination wedding, we would have totally booked her for our wedding too!! I literally don’t have a single criticism, she’s amazing :)

  Genuine capture of our wedding day

  Melanie was our photographer for our wedding in Halifax. She was wonderful to work with and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. We didn’t want the typical point and shoot shots so when we looked for a more creative photographer we were excited to meet Melanie. Our full portfolio captured many intimate moments of our family and us. We have received so many wonderful comments from family and friends about our wedding photos. Thank you Melanie for capturing such lovely moments of our day!

  Love love love Melanie! So much fun to work with!

  Melanie was our Lead Photographer on the day of our wedding and she did our engagement portraits which we loved so much! We loved how she captured us and our playfulness really came out in our photos!
  
  Melanie really knows her stuff and gives great prompts! She was so encouraging and had great energy! She was flexible and worked with our changing timeline on the day of the wedding. And we love the variety of shots we have and she really has a good eye when it came to the venue! We loved working with her and truly wish her well in her career!
