The moment I saw Michelle's photo of a couple with a van I knew she was the one. Her vintage boho vibe was exactly what we were looking for and she did not disappoint. She is a true artist and I knew I would end up with pictures I would absolutely love but what I didn't expect was the time she took months before the wedding to truly get to know us and also help with the timeline of the wedding which was more help than I could imagine.
Since my husband and I aren't much of the photo type, the engagement session was a great trial run for the wedding day. It allowed us to feel comfortable...Michelle Larmand Photography's reply:

When we were looking for our wedding photographer, we had a specific vibe in mind. I knew that our photographer was the most important hire, and we had to find someone who's vision matched ours. We wanted someone who could capture every moment in a carefree, whimsical, unstaged way. I could tell by looking through Michelle's IG that she was a perfect fit and we were so lucky she was available for our wedding.
We were terrified going into our engagement shoot. Neither of us had ever taken professional photos before, and all I could imagine was a Talladega Nights style "what do I do with my hands?" fiasco. Immediately Michelle made us feel at ease, and the...Michelle Larmand Photography's reply:

Our love captured so perfectly!
From the moment we reached out to Michelle to photograph our wedding day, we knew she was the one ! Lance and I wanted someone that had an outgoing personality and who was organized with their clients. Michelle was just that ( & more !!) as she helped us plan out our wedding timeline AND was able to scout out the most amazing locations! Ever moment she captures truly shows the raw emotions and love that couples have for each other. Michelle is so lovely to be around and her work is out of this world. We can’t thank Michelle enough for gifting us a lifetime of memories captured on our special day.

Michelle was absolutely amazing. She is truly gifted and captures love so purely. I am so so grateful we had her as our photographer for both our engagement shoot and small wedding. The photos are breathtaking and are such special memories for us. She is so professional and delivers such amazing work. But beyond that she is just plain awesome and so fun to be around! It was so great getting to know her and had complete trust on the wedding day for her to work her magic as she just felt like a friend by the big day 🤍 the best decision we made for our wedding was booking Michelle, highly recommend!!!Michelle Larmand Photography's reply:

We worked with Michelle with our engagement photos in 2019 to our wedding in April 2021. Michelle was very professional and patient with us, explained all her packages and was very prompt in her responses (we were often the ones delaying her). She was very understanding and flexible in accommodating the changes we had to make in the wake of COVID-19 and the eventual postponing of our wedding to 2021. She went out of her way to scope out new venues and photo spots for us numerous times.
Her work itself is amazing - we loved her pictures - the angle, lighting, and direction for poses. We'd definitely work with her again and would recommend her to any couple planning their wedding!Michelle Larmand Photography's reply:

We often sit down and look at our wedding images to reflect on the day. Our decision to elope was one that we are so pleased with. Having that day to ourselves was better than we could’ve imagined.
I’d say that the biggest challenge we faced with eloping was our unfamiliarity with the area and vendors in terms of creating a plan for our wedding day. Our original plans had been cancelled due to covid-19 so we took the leap and decided to elope. With only a couple months to plan before hitting the road, we had some details to figure out! At first, this felt a little overwhelming.
