It was a pleasure and a privilege working with Molly for our wedding. As we had our ceremony in a separate province from where we live, planning all the details of our wedding was a particular challenge. We were worried most about finding a photographer who would be flexible and understanding of our vision for the ceremony. Molly "got" us right away, and booking her as our photographer ended up being the most stress-free part of our wedding planning.

We had emailed a number of photographers while we were planning; Molly was both the first to get back to us and the most professional in her correspondence (we also happened to like her photography the best, so we were very glad it ended up working out with her!). The booking process was simple and straightforward.

We had arranged to have our wedding in the early morning on French Beach. We thought this might be a large ask of a photographer, but Molly was very accommodating to our plans. We met for coffee with her a couple of days before the ceremony to get to know each other and discuss the big day; we knew right away that we had made the right choice in booking Molly.

Most importantly, the photographs are incredible. Every photo we received (150+ in the package we selected) was absolutely stunning and exceptional in quality. Molly, as she states on her website, works almost entirely with natural light, and this gives the photos an individual quality, unique to the circumstances in which they were taken (we found a lot of wedding photography looked the same, and we had hoped to avoid that).

Molly made our families feel comfortable in our group photos, working quickly and efficiently with patience for our sleepy families (who do not always take direction well!). We then went off to take some couples photos among the beautiful scenery of the beach; the results are remarkable. We continue to get compliments on the photos months later.

We started our search for a photographer on wedding wire, which was where I came across Molly’s website. The natural beauty of her shots and the unique poses immediately drew me in.  Our consultation went flawless, as Molly knew exactly what we wanted and went out to find the perfect location for us. Molly was more than helpful and answered all of my questions throughout planning our big day. As we were in a different town, and soon to be moving to Victoria, her knowledge of the area helped tremendously.

My husband and I were a little nervous when we went to meet up for our engagement shoot, but all of the nerves quickly faded. Molly is one of those individuals who make you feel calm and is able to offer suggestions of poses and direct in a manner that does not feel forced or awkward. We both felt so natural with Molly during the photo shoot, which really showed in the photos. She was extremely encouraging and knew exactly what angles worked with us as if she had taken our photo hundreds of times before. You can immediately tell how much she loves capturing those special moments.

On our big day Molly was there to help with so much more than just taking photos; helping out with boutonnieres when no one knew how to pin on, keeping everyone on schedule, and conversing with my family members as if she was part of the family. When it came to family shots after the ceremony she was organized and had all of the names written down – which was fabulous. She was able to adapt to our quick location change after the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances and found incredible shots that I would never have seen. We were amazed to see how many beautiful photos we had at the end of the night, including candid photos on the dance floor and family members conversing. Molly even ended up staying late capturing end of the night shots for us because she didn’t want to miss any of the dance moments. Honestly, if all of this does not already tell you how AMAZING Molly is at capturing those precious moments, the fact that my brother and his fiancée are booking her for their wedding say’s it all. Can’t say enough about her- LOVE!

There are many things that can go wrong at a wedding; however, if you pick Molly as a photographer, one thing is sure, your pictures will look VERY VERY VERY good!
Molly knows how to capture the best moments. She is very professional and is an amazing photographer. Her wonderful personality allowed all of our guests to feel comfortable during the ceremony and let them be themselves. I had the good fortune of stumbling across Molly's work at a wedding fair and immediately knew that we had to have her as our photographer. Molly was professional, full of great tips to help us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and generally just a wonderful person. She was able to work with natural light and somehow capture the "moments in between moments". Our wedding day would not have been complete without such a talented photographer to capture it all.

In everyones life there are key memories that are made. Our marriage is one of those moments that we will cherish to the end of our time. When we started the search for a wedding photographer in Victoria, we were overwhelmed. We had stumbled across Molly on Instagram, and really loved her style. We decided to reach out to her and were so glad we did. Molly has a charming personality and obvious enthusiasm for her work. Since she is local to Victoria, we were able to meet for coffee, discuss ideas, and find some amazing locations for our engagement and bridal party photos. Molly was incredible at quickly organizing our bridal party and large family into group photos that turned out amazing. She allowed us to spend time with our guests while still capturing 100s of photos and was able to capture our wedding day exactly how we remember it. She is incredibly professional and also fun to be around. We couldn't be happier with the photos and would highly recommend Molly to anyone who is looking for a professional, talented, fun photographer for their wedding day.

We eloped and wanted to make sure we had great photos to share with family and friends. It is never an easy decision to choose a photographer for your special day based on a portfolio but when we found Molly, it was a no-brainer. We loved her documentary, candid style and personality. Focused, approachable, warm and friendly. I remember her looking so chill during our event but don't be fooled, she's doing her thing. When we got our photos I was laughing and giggling. G-I-G-G-L-I-N-G because we loved the moments that were captured. She even managed to make me look good when I did my ugly cried :)

We are so grateful Molly was there to help us capture the day. She rolled with the punches, somehow was a dog whisper by managing to get our pup to look amazing in the portraits. My partner also hates taking photos and posing so Molly just told us to do our thing, be natural with each other and she'll take care of the rest. I'm glad we trusted her.

We used Molly to photograph our wedding in May, 2017 and to say we are pleased with our experience is an understatement. Molly took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted out of our special day and delivered exactly that. On the day she was fun and easy going but she also gave good direction so that we didn't feel completely lost in front of the camera. It was a perfect mix of candid and posed shots. I cant pick a favourite picture because they are all so gorgeous, I love the tones. Molly has an amazing eye and I would recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding photographer or for any other special occasions.
